Guy T. Koepp
I find it weird that of 7 days of the week to be closed, they chose Friday. Anyone have any insider information as to why this was?
thrillerman1
All I can think is that they hosted a lot of corporate events on Fridays, or why would they give up the revenue from the GP? Hopefully someone in the know will speak up. It is puzzling.
Geauga Dog
If you notice onthe calendar that one Friday they are open was the big July 4th holiday weekend. It is wierd that they were closed on Fridays.

Nrthwnd
It still boggles my mind, that the height of Blue Fall drop tower in Japan, is the same height, if not slightly shorter, as Top Thrill Dragster? Â It still freaks me out, I have not been on this, sooner! Â Great share, Mark!

PKI Jizzman
Wow at the car trains on Thunder Road at Carowinds! Wow! Never seen that before. The Powder Keg flume looked great as well. I miss that park, I need to go back! I remember seeing those original TTD cards. Ahh, takes me back.

Nrthwnd
I used to order, and recieve in the snail mail packets for Cedar Point, from the park to where you could stay.... Their main magazine was so cool, with coupon entry offers for a great visit there. They really were and still are I percieve about their park and it's importance in the Ohio economy, strong on this principle. To the present day. I really wish I could visit this park, some day, while I still can, ay my age.

Chris Benvenuto
I wish I had some of those coupons for my visits to Cedar Point. I go to the park enough during the season that I probably would've used most, if not all, of those during the year. Â 30 dollars off each night Breakers or Sandcastle? Hell yeah! thrillerman1
^Besides some of the great photos in the Cedar Point Family Getaway Guides, the coupons really seem to be one of the best parts.
