I guess it wasn't answered before any idea how busy this Friday will be? I checked wait times  on friday and was pretty low but knowing this is a Holiday wasnt sure how busy the park could get

Would spend most my time around the kids rides but would love to get on copperhead streak and fury if the line isn't to bad. .

Carowind peeps, I need your advise:

Spring Break question. We have the MVP pass and want to try to get as much milage out of it this year before Six Flags implodes (joking... not joking). ANWAYS... My wife and I have not been to Great Adventure of Carowinds (about the same distance from us).

So, for a fun two-day trip should we go to Great Adventure or Carowinds during their April spring break?

I may be biased towards the former Cedar Fair parks but I'd 100% go with Carowinds. Don't get me wrong Great Adventure has great rides, but I feel like Carowinds has better and generally you're gonna have a better all-around experience with things like operations and food service.

^^ Yeah, that. It was quite a while ago when we went. However, I still remember Carowinds being a much nicer and more clean park. Six Flags Great Adventure gave us the Magic Mountain affect of poorly maintained aesthetics combined with a non cohesive park feel. The rides were great, and it stopped there. I remember the strong smell of weed and empty liquor bottles in the parking lot gave us a great initial impression. It didn't get much better from there.
