I believe the Title Fairy is now enjoying some much needed permanent retirement... and with that, has bestowed the power for custom titles to all users under the "Edit Profile" screen.

If you click on your name in the upper right corner of any page, then select "Profile", and then select "Edit Profile" in the little header section, you will be able to change the title to whatever you want.
