kraken613 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Thanks for the pictures. Its interesting to see this go up in such a small space. EDIT: Works started again for tonight! Mor track and supports!
kraken613 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I saw this cam update and had to post it! YAY! Lift!
coasterdude5 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 ^ Anybody know what those three blue squares are on the wall? Are those paint samples or something? It's been bugging me.
Sticky Nicky Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Look what happened over night. Looks like lift structure and the actual lift and drop are next.
Airtime&Gravity Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I'm amazed at the speed these new rides are going up, and I'm still wondering how a euro-fighter will be able to fit in such a small area. I'm sure one reason things are being built so fast is because it's an indoor park, but it is still amazing to see how fast things are being built.
kraken613 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I think the drop will twist a little. Mystery Mines drop turns to the left to line staight up with the building.
Six Flags Addict Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Wow. I've been following the construction of this ride and they're really flying. Keep up the good work! I also really like the colors. They fit the theme well.
Vffreak07 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Hopefully they do well with theming. . . That's the only thing I'm worried about. . .
kraken613 Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 If they dont do something with the groung under it that will be an issue!

Sticky Nicky Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I don't think they work Saturday or Sunday nights although that could be a total lie. They don't work Sat. for sure though.
TheRapidsNerd Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Construction is tough work and those folks deserve a break. Working weekend + graveyard = suck EDIT: Yeah, I want to seem them keep going too, but all in due time. EDIT EDIT: Sticky Nicky, also good work on the photo coverage.
Looty Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Yeah they haven't been working weekends, but i hear that they might be working tomorrow night though.
timberskara Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Yay for all you guys getting us photos! It's definitely exciting seeing it move along.
kraken613 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I know they have to take breaks. Cant wait for them to start back up though!
jerryd Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 It looks much more impressive when you visit the construction site in person! I stopped by this morning to abuse Twister for afew rides, ok 45 min worth at park opening till it got crowded Need to make the best of the last month of my season pass. When I walked around looking at the site, there was a person who was surveying the site and checking the blueprints wearing a Mystery Mine jacket. Got a few photos(73), I have not deleted duplicates, rotated or titled them. http://www.rockopilot.com/nick Jerry
kraken613 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Maybe we will see more go up tonight. Im a big fan of the Euro-Fighters.
