Batman the Chiller New Paint?

Ok I went to SFGADV yesterday and B&C was closed because Batman was being painted black. Now its just Batman the Emo Ride. Wonder Why? Sorry No Pics Broke my Cam on El Toro

Wow, this is news to me. Hope it looks good. does anybody have any pics of it?

It makes sense, considering Batman is 'the dark knight' and that all of the original Batman coasters were painted black.

umm....Chiller is not being painted. The batman side was painted dark blue a few years ago but still looks new since that side hardly ran at all since that time. Batman side has been closed this whole season because Robin is currently using its train. Gadv is currently in the process of reducing Robin's train to 4 cars so that the last car may be added to the 3 undamaged cars from last years accident that will now be used for batman. Hopefully both sides will be open in a few weeks.

Okay, for those of you who have been hiden in a cave on mars with there fingers in there ears and there eye lids sewn shut! Than you would know, that the current Robin train is Batman in disguise pretting to be Robin. The real Robin train (well...remaing 3 cars) are actually sitting behind Batman waiting for Robin's current last car. So it can be attatched to the new Batman train (Robin) so they will both run with 4 cars, both being red!

Batman and Robin the Chiller originated in dark blue and red when it opened, it was repainted last off-season to the new black and red scheme. If anything, Batman's new train would be getting the paint change from red to black. One of Robin's trains last year suffered some damage, and Batman's train was painted red and moved to the Robin track because the Batman side didn't have enough working LIM's to operate. What was probably meant by the information that whatever Op, manager, sign, Churro vender said to you is that the new train for Batman (the old train for Robin with its last car from Robin's old Batman train's last car) is getting painted black to match the Batman scheme for that side of the coaster.

 

It's a little complex...but pretty much, I think you meant to say that Batman's new train is getting painted black, that is if anything is getting painted at all, not the entire coaster because it already is.
