Janster
Looks like an awesome coaster. It's the only european B&M I didn't rode. Just curious: you say this is the #1 B&M inverted... Have you been on Black Mamba? Or Nemesis?
robbalvey
Mmmmm.....I really liked Katun. It did NOT dissapoint at all!!!
Bruno Lancetti
Yes, I love both Nemesis and Black Mamba but these coasters are completely different from Katun!!! I think Black Mamba could remain the "real" n° 1 due to strong theming reasons...!!! In my opinion these two coasters are a little bit "flat" compared with Katun!!! So finally Katun has an incredible mix or G-forces, air times, high banked turns and obviously a good selection of inversions!!! I love this cocktail!!! Please note that inverted coasters are not my preferred ever so... my review could be partially wrong...!!!

Meteornotes
Katun rocked! One of the best B&M inverts I've ever been on. dt

Homer
Katun, the Italian Montu. Is Katun equally as awesome as the first half of Montu? I love Montu to death...
Jew
Katun > Montu. No question.
Wishmaster
^ To me Montu was a real disappointment, mainly because I was expecting something like Katun. Katun still is my #1 B&M, even though I also rode Black Mamba, Nemesis, Batman La Fuga, Montu and Dueling Dragons.
coasterbilly
I too was a little let down by Montu, I definitely enjoyed Alpengeist more (my #1 B&M Invert), never been on Katun looks cool!
Bruno Lancetti
Alpengeist and Montu could be considered milestones in B&M Inverted Coasters!!! - Katun was "only" the next step or maybe the next generation...!!! Eheheh!!!
Niller
Just a quick question. Have they removed their Suspended Twin Hammer called Hurricane? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPC2l0eIScw Because I can't find it at their website, if they have, do anyone who know why, it looks like a fun ride. Wood Dragon 1988
I've ridden Alpengeist, and I don't think it is as good as it "should" be as the world's biggest invert. The ride is basically all about the first drop and the cobra roll. All the other inversions don't seem to do much and the last few turns are just completely slow. It seems almost imposible at that point to think that Alpie is the world's tallest B&M invert! It seems like Katun is usually thought of to be better than Alpie, am I right? It's got to be more intense.
