Zorb is coming!

I saw this on Amazing Race a couple of years ago when they were in New Zealand and have been wanting to do this.

It is coming to Pigeon Forge this year.

Before there was an actual name for these things, I've ridden in one of these bubbles. They are fun. Doesn't look like those zig-zag tracks will hold them, but you really cant tell the size from the photos.

Awesome! I think something like this was on some comercial for brandband or Capitol One or something like that a while back. Definitly will have to check these out next time in the Smokeys!

My brother did Zorbing in New Zealand when he was 14. He had such a fun time that he instisted that we pay to do it when he and I go to there in the Summer of 2009.

I've been always wondering why they don't build a coaster using zorbs as the cars? The track could be the same as a gigantic bobsled coaster run. It could work.

Ever since I saw it on the Amazing Race I've wanted to do it. I think I've seen it on Celebrity Fit Club or something like it. If and when I go to Dollywood, I'll have to make a pitstop there as well!

These zorbs would probably fly off of the track from the speeds they would move on.

If we are planning this far in advance, I don't think that this would be a problem, but let me talk with my brother about it first. It would be extremely cool to meet my first you in person though! My brother actually has a family that he stayed with when he was in New Zealand for two weeks, so getting to meet you along with them would make our trip even better. We have been planning this trip since I was in the 6th grade as a way to celebrate me being out of high school and him being out of college.

That's good news! I've always wanted to try zorbing and I might be going to Dollywood this summer so I'll definetely look into it. About how much does it cost?
