I actually think (though I'm not sure) that Kingda Ka has magnetic fins on the top to prevent a stall (Dragster doesn't obviously) but it still crawls ass over that tower sometimes so inverting the top hat would suck the big one if it did something like this.

Obviously this thread isn't meant to feature realistic ideas but this idea would never work because of the speed it can take that tower.

^ Why don't they put retracting drive tires at the top? Never understood that.

Why interfere with a perfectly good down time record?

I could be wrong but I thought the fins were brakes. Where is Ryan when you need him?

Personally I'm glad Dragster can stall at the top. That would be completely awesome and it's nice to have that glimmer of hope that it might actually happen.

Yeah, with your love of CP, Dragster, and heights in general I could see that being the ultimate trifecta coasterbill wetdream. Meanwhile Id be trying to get the entire train to heave-ho so we could make it down the drop already. #effthat

Only if it splashed down into a Log Flume trough at the bottom once they got it moving and there was an open bar at the exit.

How about

Only if it splashed down into a Log Flume trough at the bottom that just kept going all the way to Knoebels and once it got there the entire park was one giant open bar serving nothing but Orange Crushes and summer shandy.

A 2nd half stall ride on Dragster still provides more forces than Valraven.
