coasterguy618
Well last night was the best themepark time I have ever had. The park was dead. I went with a fellow member, JCF1. Anyway this is what we did. First off, we headed to KK and waited for the front row. The wait was about an hour because of breakdowns. It was fairly smooth this time I was suprised. Next, we headed over to Toro to be greeted by an hour wait for the back row . It was my 12th time on it. Also, the cockroach thing began. The Toro DJ was dressed in a butcher from hell costume with a box of cockroaches offering anyone in line one to get to the front of the line. It was pretty cool. I would never eat on though. Medusa was up next with a front row staion walk on. By now it was about 8: 15. Then we walked over to Movietown thru lakefront cemetary. We got scared alot and it was alot of fun. We then got a station walk on Skull Mountain. Next we went to Nitro for a 20-30 min wait for the front row. Nitro is so much better when it is pitch black out. It is cool going 80 mph through woods in the darkness. After that we went on B:TR with a front row station walk on. Now we went on GASM twice in a row without getting out of our seats. We were the only ones in the train. Now it is about 10: 15. Then we headed over to KK again. We went on twice both in the front in 40 mins. 20 min. wait each time time. The second time we almost rolled back it felt like we were about to stall. It was awesome. Our last ride was S: UF the last train of the night. It was again a staion walkon. We were in the front row and the only ones in train. So yes, by now I think you all know that I had probably the most sucessful 6 hours at a park with any sort of Fast Lane. ---Gaven

I can't speak from personal experience, but allegedly Ka delivers a smoother ride the closer you are to the front of the train.
itsme102
^ I think thats true i've been in the front row and third row. The front row felt fine to me, but the third row was just painfull in every way.
SharkTums
No offense, but you say you had a 'successful' 6 hours with no fastlane, yet you spent more than half of that time standing in line...how is that awesome???
pvcoasterguy
^ Because we're talking about Six Flags, Elissa.

sickskillz14
Wow sounds like you had a pretty awesome day for the first day of FF. I thought it would be crowded like most other summer days, but I guess FF scared everyone off. I just hope that Gadv is not gonna be crowded as hell this FF. I can see the 2 hour lines for Nitro and Medusa already.

gmoney422
I was there, too, on Friday night! It was great! Walk-ons for Medusa, Superman and Batman (probably Skull Mtn also). Nitro was 10 min max. We rode ET at 11pm. Only approx. 15 min wait. It broke down when we were on board with the train half on the lift hill and half on level track. Sat there freezing for about 10 min, but the ops were great! Got us going again and had a great ride at night! Hayride was pretty good. But if GA's is one of the better ones, I'd hate to see the others. I figure it's more geared for the youngsters. Mini Photo TR to come in own thread. SharkTums
^Do any of the others even *HAVE* a hayride?!!? Yes, SFGAd's is nothing amazing compared to the bigger events (and even some local specifc hayrides) but the fact that they do it, and they seem to do it well, gives me hope! gmoney422
^Wait. I remember you were the one who said GA's hayride was like the best one ever...? I assumed they all had them. Does SFMM have a hayride? Hmmm...interesting. Heard the Terror Trail was good but we ran out of time and didn't get over there. But since I got my season pass this year, I got a fastpass for the TT, so I'll probably go back and check it out. *sigh* Man I wish I could get out to HHN one year, but October is a busy time for our golf course. Fastpass is overrated, IMO it slows things down. Wow, KK 3 times in one visit lucky, and it almost rolled back now i'm jelous.
coasterfreak101
Glad you all had short lines, when I went there with my family on Saturday we had to wait about 30-45 mins per coaster, excluding our nighttime ride on El Toro which was about an hour or so. I guess Fridays are ALOT less crowded than Saturdays! --Tyler
