I plan on going out to Canterbury Downs to play the ponies, then down to Delano for beer and fireworks, then hustle home to bed, as 0500 will come early on Wednesday morning.

BTW, has anyone heard the "LOL" firework go off? I heard that it actually makes a laughing noise. If someone has one, take a video of it so I could hear it...fireworks are illegal here and I don't feel like shelling out $5000 to hear a firework laugh.

Like I said before I'm going to the National Mall to watch a Capital Fourth Concert. I get to see JoJo perform lol I'll take picture's for all you JoJo enthusiasts! (If you catch my drift...Think Hydra)

 

Oh I plan on taking pictures of the Fireworks with the SLR and I'll be sure to post those too.

There is to many fireworks to chose from.

We got the five hundred dollar one for ninty bucks in new mexico. I dont understand why they hike up the pirces so much?

I love to go to the beach and relax all day which I won't be doing this year.

I like to go to Martin's Fantasy Island for free, ride the Silver Comet a couple times, then leave.

 

This year I'll be working 10-2, doing whatever until 5, riding Silver Comet, doing whatever, and then watching fireworks with some friends.

It's that time of the year to wipe the dust off of the Independence Day (ID4) DVD.......

 

Good Morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world, and you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of manking. "Mankind" That word should have new meaning for all of us today, we can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore, we will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom....... Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution....... but from annihilation. We are fighting for our right to live. To exist.

 

And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: "We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!"

My 4th of July consisted of setting off legal fireworks with the neighbors on the street. And our finale was setting off one of the illegal kinds that shot 16 shots into the air. Well, never set one of these on an upside trash can because it started shooting towards us and the neighbors yard just like last year!

^ Lucky, we got caught using illegal fireworks. They gave us a warning, took are fireworks, and gave us a hundred dollar fine. But my brother was stupid and accidently lit a mortar off in front of a cop. Otherwise we had a nice bbq and had fun.

^LMFAO same here we saw some cops on our way to Nevada so we took a detour through Vegas with our Chineese Sky Candy lol, anyway i lit off a bunch of illegal fireworks with my family, best holiday ever, and caught my first show ever at the Rose Bowl. I think i had high expectations because it wasn't as good as i thought it'd be, but still awesome
