I still have to wait for this years holiday to start (Florida trip), but I am allready making plans for my 2010 holiday. The only thing I really want is this trip to fit into 10 days. Less is OK, but more isn't, because it will be to expensive. Here are my plans: After a flight from Europe, I wanted to start this trip in Atlanta (Georgia) and wanted to visit some themeparks while driving to Washington DC. I think I will do this trip in September 2010, because I really want to ride all the new rollercoasters planned for 2010. Day 1 - Flight to Atlanta. Day 2 - Visit Six Flags Over Georgia + Drive to Dollywood Day 3 - Visit Dollywood + Drive to Carowinds Day 4 - Visit Carowinds + Drive to Freestyle Music Park Day 5 - Visit Freestyle Music Park + Drive to Busch Gardens Europe Day 6 - Visit Busch Gardens Europe + Drive to Kings Dominion Day 7 - Visit Kings Dominion + Drive to Washington DC Day 8 - Sightseeing Washington DC Day 9 + 10 - Flight back to Europe Do you think this is possible in just 10 days. I think about the very long days, driving 200 to 350 miles after a themepark visit. And how much do you think this trip will cost?? Including: Themeparks, hotels, car etc

Best American B&M Inverted coaster
coastered replied to pkdcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
You are not stiring up trouble, but when people haven't ridden a rollercoaster yet, they can't put it on their list. The same is for myself. I have only done the westcoast. But next month (September) I am going to Florida to ride both Montu and Dueling Dragons. And I am allready making plans for my 2010 holiday. I think it will be a short trip (10 days), from Atlanta (Georgia) to Washington DC. And I want to visit some of the major themeparks during this trip, like Six Flags Over Georgia, Dollywood, Carowinds, Freestyle Music Park, Busch Gardens Europe and Kings Dominion. So I think after my 2010 trip I can compare Afterburn to some of the other inverted coasters -

Are you 100% sure about EGF riding with 2 trains??? That would be world breaking news. That's bigger news than the death of Micheal Jackson. Because EGF almost never uses it's second train, not even when you have to wait more then 2 hours to ride it. -

If have done some really great B&M Inverted coasters, but only a few of them are located in the USA. B&M Inverted Worldwide: 1 - Nemesis (Alton Towers) 2 - Katun (Mirabilandia) 3 - Batman The Ride (SFMM) 4 - Black Mamba (Phantasialand) 5 - Top Gun/Flight Deck (PGA/CGA) 6 - Nemesis Inferno (Thorpe Park) 7 - Silver Bullet (KBF) B&M Inverted USA: 1 - Batman The Ride (SFMM) 2 - Top Gun/Flight Deck (PGA/CGA) 3 - Silver Bullet (KBF) In September I hope to ride Montu (BGA) and Dueling Dragons (IoA) -
The last couple of weeks i read the message on many different websites and forums. From the end of August the Dueling Dragons rollercoasters would be closed for a long time because of some retheming work. I want to ride these rollercoasters when i'm in Orlando from September 13th to September 21st, and the Universal Guest Services still say those rollercoasters are NOT closed when i'm visiting Is this really goin to happen in August and September or are that fake rumors?? Please who of you guys knows more about this and can give me more information.

You are wrong. There is another former Astroworld rollercoaster that is still running. You forgot Texas Tornado, the classic Schwarzkopf masterpiece. After Astroworld it went to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and now it is running in a mexican themepark, called Isla San Marcos Parque Temático. The name of the rollercoaster is Tsunami. -
I don't know if it is a rumor or if it is true. So I ask it in this topic and not the rumor thread. Some time ago i found a message on the internet about HRRR getting a special Citywalk entrance, near the Blue Man Group building. This special entrance could be used by people to ride HRRR after Universal Studios was closed for the day. I really hope this is true, because I really want to ride this rollercoaster as many times as possible when i'm in Orlando this September. And Universal Studios closes at 6pm in September, so i could really use those extra hours.

TOP 5 B&M INVERTED COASTERS
coastered replied to CoasterExpert13's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I think you made a mistake. This topic is only about B&M Inverted coasters, not B&M coasters in general. -
Noooooooo, Why are all the radical rides going to South and Latin America?? I knew the G-Force Dragsters were allready removed from Fun Spot, but the park was telling that they were looking for a new location nearby. And I hate it that i'm going to visit Orlando for the first time and that i'm not able to ride this radical thing.

Expoland to close for good.
coastered replied to Loefet's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
If Orochi would go to a park in Europe, that would be really great because Europe is still SLC country and that has to change quick. But i don't think it would fit in Walygater park. But there are not many other parks to choose from, that don't have an inverted coaster yet. Blue Fire in Europa park is a great succes, so why not buy a second looping coaster?? PortAventura would be great too or Toverland. There are allready many rumors about Toverland buying a B&M in the future -

Do you have some foto's or conceptart from those new trains with the windshield. Because I can only find conceptart from the trains without a windshield. -
I think the best steel rollercoaster in the world is Nemesis @ Alton Towers. It has the speed, the g-forces, a compact layout and great theming combined into 1 great rollercoaster. And my number two steel is Expedition GeForce. This rollercoaster has the speed, g-forces and a insane layout but they forgot a great theming. As for wood it will be Colossos @ Heidepark. This is the world first Intamin plug n'play woodie. It has a freaking firstdrop, great speeds and insane airtime.
