You're forgetting Xcelerator & Storm Runner. I prefer them both over Ka.

TT2 is now the new coaster for 2025 at Cedar Point. The park announced this today. Tony Clark was right with his statement "this is not an all summer thing." It's an all year thing. They need to rename the ride 6 Day Dragster - SDD, https://www.cedarpoint.com/top-thrill-2-update

I do love Hershey Park. I'm also disappointed that they installed a camera on Comet. More importantly, there are new trim brakes to slow down for the picture. This ruins the entire pacing of the ride after that! I've ridden it the past 2 days and it's definitely ruined the ride. That's so sad...

I've been at Kings Island for the past several days. Just a great total experience as expected! One thing I had to share, today was at the Trailblazer X-Treme show. Just a well preformed show and highly recommend it. During the show one of the songs they played is the Mr. Six / Venga Boys "We like to party" song. I was waiting for Mr. Six to pop out. You know he's coming back soon for the fright fest events. See the combination of these 2 corporations has started already...

I had to edit my response to this. I just read the press release and it's happening July 1, and the combined company will be official July 2. That's next week. I'm amazed it's going to happen...

Good review. Dorney is one of my favorite parks to visit. I'll be there for several days next week. Yes that's not a typo - several days. I'm a little worried about Iron Menace after your comments. That's okay, I love so many of their other rides. Steel Force is one of my favs. I can't wait to ride Thunderhawk again. Yes, it was a one & done last year.

^ Thanks for your opinion. I appreciate your response. That locker situation concerns me. How can they design this ride, and last minute make this locker change? It's all Zamperla's fault -- right!!!

^ I'll be there in a few weeks. I'm a little concerned that I've read it's rough in the last row. That's normally my go to row for most coasters. Did you experience that? Also this "locker thing" seems to be a mess. It seems like Steel Vengeance all over again from year one. What are your thoughts on this? I too have low expectations.

For those that have ridden TT2, do you think there will be enough lockers? The queue line will be huge and I worried people will be waiting for an open locker before they get in line to ride. I worried that there will be a huge line waiting for open lockers...

Now there will be PAY LOCKERS ONLY at TT2. Here is the latest post from the park.. Safety is their excuse. Right. This will make a mess. The long lines will start to get into the lockers now. LOCKERS Working with the manufacturer’s recommendations, Top Thrill 2’s rider safety guidelines were revised after initial testing, resulting in our strict policy of loose articles not being permitted past the ride’s entrance. Due to the later revision, the integration of lockers into the queue, similar to those at Steel Vengeance, was not possible. We encourage riders to leave any loose articles with a non-rider. If you wish to rent a locker, they will be near the entrance for a nominal fee. These policies are in place for the safety of our Guests and Associates – and safety is our first priority. Thank you for adhering to these rider safety guidelines to ensure a safe and FUN ride. We look forward to seeing you on Top Thrill 2 this summer!

^ When I was there a year or so ago, Prowler was great! It only had 1 "pot hole" and I was prepared for it. I too rode it many times.

We'll see as you said. The lady that runs the DOJ is power crazy! She stopped the Microsoft / Activision merger. Microsoft had enough money to fight it in court and won. I honestly don't see a conflict myself. I'm really not sure how I feels about this merger. I think it will save me money possibly. I pay for: CF prestige and SF Diamond membership. I guess we'll find out in a few months.

I don't think the DOJ will be an easy hurdle to overcome. I've said this from the beginning. It's not that the parks will compete, it's just DOJ doesn't like mergers period. We shall soon see. Cedar Fair is still saying this will be complete by the end of June.
