So what is happening on all the DejaVus? Seriously I have no idea... What part is missing in all of them? I was so jealous about those when they were announced but haven't they been up like only a few weeks in the like 2 years they have been in the parks.

Well normally I wouldn't do this but I think tonights Good Eats must have been Elissa's favorite... It was the nut episode and it had squirrels. We all have seen the posts about her weakness for rodents.

That seemed to have some serious collision detection problems. I died several times when I was miles away from anything. Oh and BTW flash is the devil!!!

That was probably one of the funniest Mythbusters for a while... Yes lets add a random conveyor belt to our toaster just for no reason at all... Oh and the track distorting like crazy as the sun warmed it. Oh man that was great. Still it would be like a dream to put together that much car track... A quarter mile... I only probably ever did about 30-35 ft ever... That was a lot of fun with loops and stuff though.

This is probably one of the coolest ones yet... I honestly can't believe the toy car would beat the real one in a strictly gravity based race but I can't wait to see it. BTW it will re-run later in the night. This show rules

Except I was saying that more games (percentage wise) for the Mac actually make a profit than on PC. You can of course attribute this to the fact that first of all they are ports and therefore cheaper to make in most cases. The fact still remains that many PC games especially recently have failed to turn a profit. I honestly look at the moves made by much of the industry and see the relevance of PC gaming decreasing. Personally I even think that XNA is more of an attempt by MS to keep developers making games on the PC than to try to lure them to consoles. I mean granted some genres just don't work well on the consoles but most of those genres have seen decreasing sales as well. The increase in differences between the low end and high end PC's will continue to cause problems for the PC games market. Oh and just so you know the PS2 is back to outselling the X-box as of Jan...

Look if you want me to poke holes into your logic I will be happy to but fact is that Windows does have more holes than basically any other OS and it isn't just because people are looking for holes in it. Seriously though if you want a truly safe Windows system you need to take it offline. The same is true for any system though. Ultimately there are a variety of poor design decisions in Windows that make it far easier for someone to inadvertantly install something I mean name me any other OS that gives you root access as the default account... What the hell were they thinking? Also you realize that by your logic they shouldn't make any games for Gamecube or X-box because they have smaller markets... The problem is that the Mac market really isn't big enought to support games developed just for it. However there are plenty of games that make money for the Mac. In fact a higher percentage of games for the Mac make money than those released for the PC. So yeah just because you could make a larger profit doesn't mean that you will. EDIT: Ok I want to apologize for coming off as abusive sometimes but honestly as a Mac user I put up with the same logic from all PC users about why they get more attacks and the like. I am defensive of my platform of choice mainly because most people attack it. I'm sure you can understand that.

I'm surpised no one has mentioned all the sound chip emulators now avaiable. I love being able to download just the sound files from games in the 16bit and 8 bit eras. I'll put up the link to those things later... I love Good Eats... It is a great combination of sensible recipes, interesting facts and science. Well then there is the fact that Alton is a well known Mac user... Seriously though his show is just a great source of information whether you use it or not and his tips are really useful.

Dude run a paper route for a few months... Buy a PC learn what hell they can be at times... Find a virus scanner learn not to use IE or Outlook for anything. Get a good spyware scanner and all before you should do anything with the machine. Seriously though you can get or build a PC that should at least run RCT3 decently for like $600 and thats only a few months on a paper route. Honestly I have a windows machine for class work and some games. I use my Mac for almost everything despite the fact that it is almost 6 years old now. It works perfectly and there is better free software available in many areas IMHO. Just remember that Macs have basically none of the attacks that Windows machines get every day so make sure to setup all the Anti-Virus and Spyware prevention systems. Oh and never click on banners advertising spyware prevention as they usually are spyware... EDIT: PC owners don't get me wrong if a PC is setup well it can be fairly secure and should perform quite well for a while. It is just that mac users kinda take for granted that their comps are secure because most of the malware and such just doesn't exist on macs. Also almost all my friends who have used pc's all their lives reformat occasionally because performance decreases...

Oh man can you imagine if they themed them... Actually what would they theme them as... Anyway it would be so cool to have a flying coaster over some of that stuff. It would also be nice to see the new owners actually put something in... (I believe thats right anyway)

Wow that ride looks weird... Is this actually in the tomorrowland area? Is there actually going to be life there again? I guess I am still really sad because that was my favorite area of Disneyland with the subs and the peoplemovers which are all gone now... Of course I haven't been to DisneyLand for years now so I have no idea about any of it...

I hear ya Rob for sure... I just wish that sort of thing would get sorted before people go live. Honestly part of me wishes that Screamscape would go with something like RCDB which is low on the whole image count but looks great and loads very very fast.

Hmm... Too bad they have some bad html which shows up right at the top... I'm really not convinced about the colors though.

Um is it just me or does something about the turn to the first drop look funny? I mean honestly it looks like it goes uphill... I know it is mean but it would be hilarious to me if a ride didn't make it from the lift to the drop... Yeah I'm a terrible person but hey... BTW when are we gonna have that kind of inversion in RCT... I want to do that kind of thing... Right now it is just not quite close enough...

Honestly I have seen some pretty scary things on rushhour subway rides on various trips to europe. I've seen some crazies who would actually push in enough to get the doors to close then just rest against them until it got to the next station... If I see that I just wait in the station... Doesn't quite compare but still... I never want to be that close to other people... BTW do the Japanese trains have all fold seats? Or during these bad times are people actually being forced on top of the seats?

Great name but honestly the actual ride doesn't sound that special... Gotta love waterslides though...

Actually IMHO = In My Humble Opinion But honestly the biggest problem with Oblivion was it just finished as soon as it started. If they can pull off the feeling and make a good ride out of the rest it could be a damn cool ride. I'm just worried with the way that B&Ms have been getting seemingly progressively tamer.
