Wow where do they let you take it back... All the stores I buy PC games from keep saying that I can't return them because they have a unique cd key... Ugh... Worst thing is... I really hate to be a drag... But for me RCT3 was only worth really playing once I got Soaked too... I loved the scenarios in it so much more and the lack of tunnels really killed my designs...

If you are on windows the easiest method is to use Paint and just use the Scale/Skew command to change the size by entering the same numbers in the horizontal and vertical resize. Then just simply select "SaveAs" and pick JPEG or JPG in the file type.

Make sure to compress them to jpg format at a maximum size of 800x600 though...

Hey C4M you should put in a 3/4 view because you can't tell anything about the ride from the side...

Seriously... If they are gonna build another they need to figure out a way to increase the capacity of the ride. All I have heard are horror stories about the length of the line a few hours after opening. I believe everyone who posts about it here said it was their first ride of the day and after that there was no way they would wait in the line for it again.

Yeah but the other thing is by default an RCT2 coaster will run a lot longer than an RCT3 coaster. They have much lower friction... Personally after seeing how much faster an RCT2 coaster runs in RCT3 I just can't build that way anymore. So you have basically two entirely different targets. It is much easier for someone with RCT2 to build something that has a smaller lift and still be able to build a long ride. It is also much easier to get a ride up to the excitement levels needed in RCT2.

Um... I dunno about this... This poll is showing quite clearly that it seems that RCT2 and RCT3 entries can't exist together... I mean there are some RCT2 entries running away with it... Why? Heck if I know. They look a bit cleaner in screenshots but honestly the layouts aren't THAT much better than the others. I think unfortunately the RCT2 tracks just look cleaner as they are completely pre-rendered and don't have to be economic on the polygons like RCT3. The supports especially suffer.

Sadly it is definitely a spare parts kit now. Even more sad is the fact that obviously PGA could have kept it. They should have kept it seeing as they got rid of Stealth the same year. Heck PGA used to be my first choice for places to go in the Bay but now I am not sure... I mean no new coasters since 2001 and getting rid of 2 in 2003... Lame...

Well if anyone wants to throw something together for like Sept or Oct I can probably make it. Heck just print out a sign and I'll do everything I can to be there at opening.

I would say Elitches is pretty good. It would be much better if they kept the coasters in better condition. I mean how long are they gonna leave that one corner of Twister 2 unpainted? Oh and they are getting rid of my favorite flat ride... Grrr... Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that the season pass is only $50 I prolly wouldn't get it. I mean half of it is insurance in case I go to practically any other Six Flags park where admission is most of $40 if not more. That makes it worth it in my book.

I think I might do a run tommorow. If people want to organize a trip and meeting place for a trip later in the year I would probably be up for that.

Bah... Knowing Six Flags we will get screwed again... They have removed more rides from Elitches than they have added over the past 5 years... Thats sad... Of course if they put in some S&S flatrides all would be forgiven. Heck if they put in something unique I would be willing to kiss some boot. A custom coaster might mean kissing some crusty boot. Still I wouldn't bet on it... The rumors on screamscape which have been remarkably accurate have said waterpark again next year... Apparently we might get the Tornado we were due this year initially... WTF was with Edge anyway? I mean Waterworld had that ride back in like 1998... From Screamscape: "Park News - (8/15/05) Sources confirm that the park’s Chaos ride has been walled off and will be removed. It has already been removed from all of the park signs. " WHY!!!!!! I mean just the best damn flatride in the park... Every other one basically sucks...

Ok... I still haven't been this season despite having a season pass (yeah I know... Summer got busy... Stupid Summer). Has Chaos really closed... That was my favorite flatride period. I love the ride. If it really is going I'm gonna seriously shed a tear...

Well some 5 days later I guess I will assume this isn't gonna go anywhere... Or maybe someone might feel like doing some while we are waiting for the next challenge.

Fun stuff. Some damned impressive entrys I must say. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Heck if I only get a few votes it will still be ok. I mean that means someone else thought my ride was impressive. I gotta encourage people to ride some of the RCT3 ones though. Some of them are very nice.

Hopefully some people will ride it and tell me I am completely insane or something... Yes it does run 3 trains Hope people like it.
