  1. I think that they were running 4 in the morning. I know there were at least 2, or maybe 3 trains still in the garage.
  2. They now load a group of people that they first grab from the main line. As the train is slowly moving down the track they point to the row where you are to sit in. It is all pretty much all done on the fly.
  3. Here is a better quality video of the moving platform. The ride capacity is sooooo much better with the moving platform. The crew seems to really have knocked out quite a few of the problems with this coaster. While it did not open until 10 this morning, the coaster was constantly moving people through the entire day. We clocked dispatches under 40 seconds on a regular basis. [coastertube]http://www.themeparkreview.com/coastertube/play.php?vid=movingwalkway_vkz0[/coastertube]
  4. I really like X2 so this should be fun. I really wish that more parks would order something along the lines of Powder Keg. I honestly think that is the best coaster that S&S has put out so far. It thrilling plus families can ride it.
  5. Ni hao lao ren! Sounds like that would be the case.
  6. ^ I did not mean to sound like I was bashing Flight Deck at Kings Island as I too like the ride. I sure hope they keep it around because there are not too many Arrow suspended coasters left....and being being a fanboy and all. In any case the park if the park does keep the ride around, it really is in need of a new paint job.
  7. My guess is that Kings Island is going to remove both Son of Beast and Flight Deck and stick this there along with a few random flat rides.
  8. Oh wow, I am going to miss this place because it was all kinds of awesome. I nominate the nearby Claim Jumpers to be the substitute Clubhouse for the meantime. Brandon, where were you when they needed you??? Are you sure Robb was not cooking wings tonight?
  9. ^ Just wait to see a special cameo appearance in the Darian Lake segment.
  10. I just received this in the mail today and it is fantastic! Out of all the releases so far, this one certainly has the best picture quality yet. Lot of fun for a very low price!
  11. So far it is my least favorite steel coaster I have ridden. Robb's video really does do it justice. Like Elissa said, you must ride it at least once.
  12. My immediate family now has reservations on the new Disney Dream cruise for late April 2011. This will be my first cruise.
  13. To this day I still remember the 132,000 times Elissa yelled, "penalty" while we played turbo speed mini-golf.
  14. ^ I have not heard of an actual date yet. They have been saying Spring 2010 for opening.
  15. I like the Donkey one, but I maybe a little biased.
  16. It now has been a little over three years since they closed all the attractions at Epcot's Wonders of Life pavillion. The Making of Me was certainly one of the more infamous attractions which it may be the only sexual eduactional movie created for a theme park. Well, at least the only one at a Disney theme park. There are a few places, especially the first 30 seconds of the movie where it is very blurry, but you still can listen to the audio in these parts. Anyways, enjoy! 17. Yeah, I do not think the ride is designed for people to ride back up to the loading area, but I think it is probably just a small little lift hill that leads it back.
  18. The coaster unload area is still in the same location as it has been before. So nothing is changed. I got to ride it 3 time today. I am very happy with the new minimal upgrade. It has retained its classic feel while upgrading a few things. The ride is certainly a bit darker now with the enclosing of the loading area as well as removing the glow in the dark strips off the sides of the coaster cars. You can no longer see any of the coaster cars while riding the peoplemover. The ride itself does run a little smoother especially during the few places when the coaster runs over the anti-roll backs. Other than not having onboard music, this was the upgrade I have been looking forward to for a long while. Hooray for classic Space Mountain.
  19. ^ We ended up doing stuff in St Louis instead of seeing the parade. I actually did see the Glow in the Dark parade a few nights before at Six Flags Over Texas. I am sure it is pretty much the same.
  20. That was cool to see the Vancouver Expo video footage. I was able to go to that but was way too afraid to ride coasters back then. I finally was able to earn that missed credit with my visit to St Louis last summer. Unfortunately, the ride was quite horrible.
  21. Try looking it up at gamefaqs.com. It is the best site to look at whenever you are stuck on a game.
  22. I now own a copy thanks to Best Buy. So far it has been pretty fun.
  23. Fun trip report. I still need to get my Dania Beach Hurricane credit.
