" Big Bad Wolf also opened the year of 1984 (sorry it was just bothering me) (In addition to two posts above me [cathyJ]) did you know in Charlottesville, Virginia, there was supposed to be a Disney area devoted to all the former presidents, and governmental figures, and the board of supervisors shot down the idea. (weird, isn't it?) Did you know that: -Loch Ness Monster was the first Arrow to feature inter-locking loops, and is the last left. -Drachen Fire was supposed to be built by B&M -Drachen Fire was the first (and I believe only) Arrow Coaster to feature the wrap-around corkscrew, the "Batwing" aka "Cobra Roll", diving corkscrew, and Arrow Cutback. -Did you know that: Shockwave at King's Dominion is the only TOGO stand up in the USA that has a different ending from it's predecessors (King Cobra, and SkyRider), but, it has the same model name. And was also the only one out of the three that never had a dark green spine. -Did you know that in the Que line for Volcano; the blast coaster, you can still see track for the Smurf Mountain coaster. (last did you know form me, I hope) -did you know that: the Hurler at King's Dominion was supposed to feature a stage for live music to perform. It's a shame that never happened...

to bad there are no pictures of the "train rehab" I'd like to see how they re-furbish a floorless coaster.... (I've seen trains on Montu in rehab). well so far the blue don't look bad, unlike DOMINATOR's whole color scheme. I hope they pick some nice colors for the supports, and trains. Something aesthetically pleasing, not crap like on dominator. I also find it amusing that when I went up there back in May I said to my friend; "god! they need to re-paint this coaster, and do work on the trains". back to the point, thank god thus far we are out of the clear of the Dominator paint job, and hopefully in the clear of a scream color scheme (I honestly did not try to rhyme). I (just like all of you) am hoping that it is NOT going to be re-named; "scream 2, flight deck II", or some other dumb name to compete with everyone else...

hi everyone! I'm going to Six Flags Magic Mountain december 13th and 14th, and I was wondering if anyone would care to join me. One of my freinds was supposed to be coming with me, however due to her lack of funds, there was no way she could make it this time around. So, Im hoping anyone could meet up with me at the park! It's just way more fun if you have a group of friends, you know? so I hope some of you guys could join me, and I hope to hear back from you guys. EDIT: come on now guys, I put this up on the 24th, and I know there are plenty of you who live around LA. so if you have some free time, it would be greatly appreciated if you could just show up, hang out, and ride roller coasters!

this is pretty good news. I wonder if they will give it a better paint job? what music? and will there be a tunnel like X2 was supposed to have (I still say they should have iPod inputs so you can listen to your own music!

wow, I knew this was gonna happen, and I don't honestly think they will re-open for 2009. But there is still that; "wow, REALLY"!?!? I mean an all rock theme park, just kinda seemed like it wouldn't fly anyways. and a mine train without mine theme-ing just kinda ruins a mine train

So you don't think the engineers will take the added weight of audio equipment into consideration when designing the new trains? no Im saying the ride already feels slow, so the added weight is gonna slow it down more. Besides those trains are already kinda "bare-bones"..... see where Im getting at? we don't want a "new" Son of Beast issues with an Intamin do we?

yeah, Im gonna have to say this is a stupid move! the trains are going to be weighed down, which will increase stress on the train, which will make the ride SUCK, major suckage ahead! They are probably going to play dumb songs. It'd be great to hook up your iPod and play your own songs though, but that won't happen. honestly why are they going to do this to something that is already good the way it is?

that suspended Arrow Coaster looks AMAZING! do you think Vekoma will ever make a custom "swinging turns" that would be slightly similar? I would love to see a massive Intamin wooden coaster like T-Express! I can't beleive how cheap (in USD) the food is at Disneyland Hong Kong.

Unfortunately Two face probably won't be there for long seeing as how it hasn't re-opened following last year's incident & there've been rumors going around for quite a while of the ride being removed before the 2009 season begins. what happened?

wow, that "honey lake" place didn't look like it had been in good working order for like thirty years! oh and one small thing... WHY WAS THERE A CHICKEN HEAD!?! do they really expect people to eat that!? Im sure Ed didn't want his head to be "nomed" on.....
