All name guessing aside (for the moment) Who really saw Disaster Transport being the candidate? But then again, who thought Wildcat was going? I would have thought since the Arrow Suspended coasters are dying..... The couple of times I have been to the park, I have noticed that the Wicked Twister, Disaster Transport, and Max Air area is usually dead despite the rest of the park being jam packed. Do you think that is why they are putting the rumored 2013 attraction there?

They could take the RCT approach and it could be named by default; "Wing Coaster 1" On a serious note, I do like the idea of CP getting a Wing Coaster (no matter the name). However, I do beleive some people might be disappointed by the "fact" its not a massive work of metal and creativity. Im sorry I didn't realise that B&M and or CP made you a creative genius. Anyways, this is a bit of new technology, and it is slated to be the tallest and fastest of its type. Hopefully not just by a few feet (MF, i305, Leviathan) . For all we know maybe B&M perfected the rotating seats just for CP . I am also hoping that this style doesn't burnout like the stand-ups or suspended coasters of the 80's and early 90's, or become overly common at parks (SLC, boomerang) I am curious about the; layout, theme (if any) , and the name last (IMO I could care less about the name, as long as it is open and is an awesome ride). I do think it is a bit ridiculous for them to get rid of the space spiral, they just need to clean it up a bit. But oh well, the park is in control, not me. P.S. What ever happened to the rumored "Dive Machine"?

I am very glad to see and hear this great news. I have a five year old cousin down there who LOVES Legos and water parks (kill two birds with one stone there). It will be great if they can lower the height requirements for the twin racers slide, more things for kids to do, the faster they fall asleep on the car ride home seriously though, very glad to hear this. ^as for your question, I am under the impression that it is a specialized paint.... kinda like grill paint or car paint. I am certain they can be painted (not 100% sure)

NICE! best joke ever. I was confused about why they were adding so many rides in a short ammount of time ala Six Flags, but Im guessing they are rewarding the park for almost surpassing them in annual capacity? Im not sure, but now that they have added three rides in a short period, what will they do now. Don't take this as an "Im ungreatful", beleive me, I am very happy (it gives me an excuse to go back to canada) I am just curious as to their next move. will it be maintaining the park as is, getting new trains for the arrows & vekomas, installing a bunch of flat rides? Im sure whatever they will do is awesome, and I am so glad i get to go to canada next year -
I know what you mean, I saw Intamin track pass me once, and I missed my exit on the interstate. I wound up following it for almost fifty miles. Amanda (my passenger at the time) facepalmed and went "well, that prooves you're retarded for roller coasters". B&M track would be awesome to see though... oh side note, it would be awesome if they converted that little bit of flume to a toxic waterfall or something along those lines. I know thats a far cry for themeing, but that would be kinda cool.

Just about every modern B&M has trims that grab, not just CF ones. Like Raging Bull... -

which i hope they won't... sometimes its a hit or miss with CF and trims. so, hopefully it will be OMFG airtime!! I would be in 100%. Falling 300+ feet down a B&M designed first drop to 80 degrees is going to be an experience in itself. I'm also hoping the little speed hill after the "barrel roll" will give air the way Titan's little hill does. Either way, Canada is imminent for me. Congrats CW on your new addition! agreed! ^thank you -

The more I look at the ride, and look at the videos, I have to say that I will be making a trip up to CW. It may not have the OMFG air-time, but it looks amazing anyways (besides last time i went "shockwave" was the new flat ride). I have to ask though, will KBF be getting something similar? I've hear rumors floating around about a giga but isn't there height restrictions there? (kinda like Dorney, and i think CGA?) I am glad that they are getting a new coaster, but I have to agree with Elissa in that i feel like CP is holding the other parks back just a bit... because we all know, no park can be better than the flagship park If Dick Kinzel was still CEO do you think that this coaster would be red and yellow? I am glad to see B&M make a giga, one thing I am wondering, will the wheels still be that weird polyurethane? or something else? When I worked for BGW i was told B&Ms have a polyurethane mixture on the wheels. I am sure B&M already has this figured out. Guess i better get a passport.... -

I was just think about that, also, I think it's good that there is annother giga, that takes longer than a few seconds to complete the course. -

just felt i had to share the dumbest thing i just heard. "Maybe CF will pull a six flags, and exchange Xcelerator for Behemoth so Knott's will get a good hyper, and CW will get a good launching coaster, and people won't complain about it being behemoth 2.0" -

who doesn't? The skyRush videos kinda... sucked. The company that does these videos always does an amazing job. -

I was wondering when B&M was going to get into the giga game. The coaster looks cool. I've heard a few of my friends say that this should have been saved for a park that needs it, but when you think about it most of the CF parks have a mega/hyper coaster, except the two in cali. This will just give me annother reason to go to Canada's Wonderland. curious questions, and im not sure if they have been asked.... they used the "V" seating arrangement on behemoth right, so thats whith the older hyper seating arrangemnt? although that could change before the coaster opens, they could come up with something like "skyrush"s seats. (second question) Is B&M not going to try to come up with a cabel lift system? Are they going to stick with the really long chain? -
... When is the next Japan trip? Kawasemi looks so amazing! So does Pyrenees, Bandit, and Takabisha I am guessing the news was there due to "most people seen in park in ten years" LOL!!! Just kidding. Good thing I will have enough saved for the next japan trip. Thank you for the pictures and very amazing videos!

Im glad they got a solid Intamin. It has a great layout, and looks fantastic in the park. Im glad the BGT has a launch coaster, I really am, however, I wish that BGW would be getting an Intamin.... Other than that bump in the road, Cheetah Hunt looks great. Im not going to complain about "how slow it looks". Diamondback looks slow as crap on the air-time hill beside Crypt, but it feels pretty fast and awesome. Just because it looks slow doesn't mean it will feel slow.
