Lightning Rod ERT is listed on the new ACE event flyer for Dollywood in Nov. Maybe that's a sign they hope to have it running again soon. Maybe not. Flyer didn't appear until this week.

Do FITH rumors suggest it's closing after this season or next? Grew up with SDC/Dollywood and have always wanted to ride the other one. Got close this year but had to cancel a trip last minute. Planning on next year for sure.

Mindbender is a shell of it's former self. Got on it Saturday and it's just as bad as I expected. Trains look horrible. The two trims are awful. Intensity has been dropped to near zero. The only thing good about the update is the new operator building in the station. I bet they appreciate that.

We were at Fiesta on Superbowl Sunday last year and the park was dead. I sat on Wonder Woman for a dozen laps at one point. Never waited more than a couple trains for anything it was so dead. The night before we waited an hour and fifteen min to ride WW just before the park closed. Did it roughly 20 laps on Sunday. Wife and I agree that we will be planning another trip somewhere on Superbowl Sunday. Feb is good at Fiesta. Seaworld was fairly dead on Saturday.

Fine print does mention it's valid for Carowinds OR Scarowinds. But I agree, it's a money grab and not well explained. I imagine it's screwed many.

Last two Sundays have been walk on days. Really advise not buying FL early since you probably won't need It.

I'm planning to the hit the Bourne show with the Scream Early entry. I want to catch it and the makeup show if possible then make it over to one of the holding pens. With the Scream Early tickets seems like folks are able to knock out 2-5 houses by 7pm with minimal lines.
