I think that we have a great collection of flats, just a lack of thrilling flats. The only thrilling ones IMO are Revolution, King Chaos, and Giant Drop. I think Revy is a fun flat but could be better, kinda like Skyhawk at Cedar Point. I do prefer Maxair over it. While the Fright Fest program is way better than the normal one, it made me just a little queesy which is rare for me but it was still better than normal.

How did day 2 go? Was it any better? Wayne Johnson is the Salt Lake County Park Operations Director. I think they got your names mixed up in the artivle. At least some news coverage is better than none. -

The admins got sick of people complaining about the l o c k e r policy at Six Flags so anytime people type l o c k e r it comes out locker. I'm lovin your reports! You guys can really tell a story with your pictures. It looks like all of the parks you've visited so far are great. Isn't it fun hanging out with Big Mike? -

Quoted for truth! You guys are having a blast on that trip!

I'm going on now (1:30pm central) if anyone wants to visit me. (I don't have much yet, sorry)

Blue side needs all the help it can get. The helix kinda ruins the "racing" part of the ride, but it's still fun! The tough part on Eagle is dispatching the trains at the same time, but i've seen it work pretty well before. And happy anniversary Raging Bull! I'm surprised Great America isn't making a bigger deal about it like what Cedar Point is doing with Magnum.

What did he lie about? I found out about from that SFGAm World link that was posted, but also got an email from Funatics about it (not sure why you didn't get one). At the event I heard that ACE members got invites and there was a Facebook contest. So there were a lot of different ways that they got the word out. -

Wow, you weren't kidding when you said you had bad weather. I hope everything goes alright in the future! The waterpark looks great btw! -
Since it's summer i'll be on more often.

I believe that the real reason American Eagle no longer runs backwards is because it caused to much damage on the track. Blue side was retracked before it ran forwards again. There is an axle on the front of the train that moves, but a fixed one on the back. Supposedly they couldn't switch the two axles when the switched it backwards which caused track damage. I really did like it better backwards to.
