I would like to see them do something with the whole Ghostrider idea. Perhaps some inclosed areas with fog and a nice lighting package. Some video projections, etc. That along with a Topper Track treatment might be able to rebrand the whole ride. Guy "Count me in!" Koepp

It's actually going to be rebuilt down by the mega ferris wheel across from the Mandalay Bay.

The worst part about reading that post on Screamscape is to read the upcharge Screamin' Swing isn't pulling numbers, so it may be on the chopping block as well. Cedar Fair destroyed a nice chunk of entertainment in that spot when they took out the Haunted Shack for VertiGo, and nothing in that spot has been successful since. I was hoping those Freefall rumors would come to fruition, but that spot may just always be dead space they can't do much with. I know it is few and far between that I say anything in all seriousness. But in all seriousness, I would love, love, love it if Knott's rebuilt the the Mystery Shack on that same location. That would be an amazing and awesome thing.

It looks like you had a blast on both days. Leave it up to Robb and Elissa to cook up tha awesome! I am sad I am not able to make it to more of these events. I'm hoping October is much lighter this year so I can do some TPR Halloweening. Great TR as always.

I disagree wholeheartedly with this statement. In comparision to many other woodies, GR isn't that bad. A Rocky Mountain Topper Tracking would probably bring it back close to it's former glory.

I was there last Monday, and I found Viper to be one of my best rides all day. Colosus is also running very well. Goliath is still my favorite in the park. IMHO i thought X was the worst ride of the whole day. I got off it an thought to myself, "I will not shed a tear if I never ride it again." Oh, and 5 flips on Green Lantern. Here's the trick, single rider line. Wait for a fat person (minimum 3 bills) with 2 small kids. Then sit next to the fat dude. We went up the lift facing straight down, and ended completely inverted. It was Insane!

Was it really that bad? I have already heard mild horror stories about it. I'm starting to second guess myself as far as coasters go. I think I'm becoming jaded.
