  1. This was to be expected as it has already rained once this year.
  2. Gifts acquired, packaged, and in the mail! Muh ha ha ha ha ha ha!
  3. Well, right there in the picture is why the ride was so rough. All those bolts sticking up on the track. I still don't get how RMC can make their rides so smooth with all the bolts sticking up.
  4. That pretty much sums it up. It was just an overall solid, fun ride. I'd be curious to find out if any of the designers/engineers who worked on it, and/or it's "sister" coaster in TN, moved on to positions with competitors over the years? It has a sister coaster in TN? Where?
  5. I think Log Jammer could use a good paint job.
  6. Wait a minute! Maleficent isn't a princess!
  7. Beech Bend used to have an awesome little Christmas event on the weekends. they haven't done it in years though. Mabey it wasn't profitable. Sad too, cause my best rides on Kentucky Rumbler were during snowfall. I had icecicles hanging from my nose and eyes after 5 frigid rides.
  8. It's very picturesque. It looks like there are tons of places from which to get great pictures. I will ride one day. I hope.
  9. The coaster that occupies it's area should be called Son of Beast Exhumed.
  10. Can I just pretend it's still 69.
  11. Seriously! You speak the truth Larry. He seems to give a very difficult interview, as if he's uncomfortable talking about anything. Could be the language barrior. Robb, you, Elissa and the rest of your team do an awesome job of keeping the energy level up and the interview moving at a great pace. I know how exhausting that can be sometimes. I have stumbled on to some other sites interviews, and they all pale in comparisson. Awesome work all around.
  12. ^Did you not see that it was raining? C'mon. That means the ride is already 2 months behind schedule.
  13. What coaster is that Triceratops car for? It is cool looking.
  14. And it's called "Bloodbath." Can you imagine, a whole horror-themed waterpark? BRILLIANT. Guy, you are a genius. (Shane, please, Vegas, think about it.) If by Genius you mean insane, then yes, I am a Genius! An Evil Genius!
  15. Only thing that could possibly equal a shark themed water slide would be a Zombie themed waterslide. Oooooooooooooooo! Red water to simulate blood, and the rafts could be brain shaped! Robb, can you throw that comcept by the guys a Whitewater? See what they think.
  16. Just put Zombies, or Zombie Apocalypse in your head and you will be right on track for anything Guy related. Guy "Between that and sex toys you'll have me covered." Koepp
  17. Awesome stuff this year so far. You all are doing an awesome job covering this event. Looking forward to seeing more over the next few days.
  18. Yay! So glad this is happening again. It was a blast last year! Guy "Count me in!" Koepp
  19. On a side note, Viper at MM seems to be holding up rather well. I get consistently great rides on it time in and time out. They seem to be doing a great job of maintaining it. I am in agreement with the previous poster that said "Some coaster design company could potentially benefit from creating prefab pieces to replace currently failing parts and track/structure." On that note, I thought S&S had bought the Arrow design specs and was currently doing this to some extent. Actually, if memory serves, isn't X/X2 an S&S/Arrow design? Guy "When I say if memory serves, usually it means I'm talking out my ass." Koepp
  20. ^ I didn't want to go there, but since you opened that can of worms. Yes, it does sound a bit naughty. Me likey!
  21. Only if you also create a word filter that changes YOLOcoaster to YOLOcoaster.
