^Agree 100%! The fireworks display with the lighting on the castle is definitely the highlight of MNSSHP. -
I'm just worried that the train won't be able to make it through all those 2X4s on the lift. I hope the chain is strong enough to pull the coaster train through them. And are they going to pay someone to replace them after each and every train? Perhaps they're anamatronic pieces of lumber that break away every time a train goes by and re join after the coaster has left the lift.

This is an ideology with which I disagree. As long as it's not blatantly stupid or flame war inducing, why should we frown upon speculation? It builds the anticipation. It's fun to predict what they are going to call it. It's not harmful, so why should it be something that we should not do? I for one would have named this the Switchback Roll. Because of the likelihood that TPR will have already decided what to call it by the time the official moniker is revealed and the wrong name will stick... or just be stupid. Like NTAG. Sorry, but I hate "NTAG" as much as I love the actual ride. "Sharktopus" is freaking awesome as a concept, but sucks balls as the name of this element. IMHO, the element name should at least give you some kind of clue as to what it does. Sharktopus makes me expect something with legs sticking out or something. To that effect, "Inverted Camel" or "Inverted Camelback" fit the bill even though they don't have the pizazz of sharktopus or even super Stengel. How about inverted Camel toe!

I thought the show was good. Because of my industry bias. (Being a Coaster Enthusiast, as well as someone who works in broadcast production.) I usually gage these kind of shows on how my kids respond to them. And they both loved it. Funny thing, they both picked the winners. Jarett was drooling all over Apollo's Chariot, as he loves the huge hilly out and back steel coasters. And they both chose Aftershock because they liked the colors better than the others. So you never know why people choose one over another. Jarett did mention that Manta wasn't an invert, and that if he had his choice of flyers, he would choose Tatsu. So even he has biases. IMHO, I would have loved to see Robb a bit more, because I felt he was energetic, informative and entertaining. All in all, it was fun, and the coaster footage for the most part was quite good. So kudos to all involved. Just my 2 cents .

hey Robb, I'm hoping you can answer this question. Based on the article they are going to release the results at the end of the episode. Is this correct? I thought they were going to have an end of season wrap up show where they release the winners? Do you know which one is correct? Also, do you vote by text, or can you vote on line?

I have nothing but love for that slide. It has given me hours of laughter and joy on some otherwise depressing days. I can't wait until I get my chance to challenge it. -
