I believe elementary does do it automatically. the reason the non re-rolled will look bad is because the segments at the top will be banked to zero, flat, and not 180 to be upside down. -

Nice photos Ian. Flowriders look so fun, I just know I could break a limb on one. -
Maybe we should have yes or no polls for whether or not certain polls should be closed.

Um, just what situation was that? The ostensible reason for the war, lest we forget, was the non-existant WMDs, though the U.N. inspection team stated - before our invasion - that despite Saddam's recalcitrance, they could find no weapons and no active arms programs, and said that they could, in a matter of months, determine once and for all whether any existed. So what situation? That there was an unpleasant, murderous dictator in power? Gee, why don't we go invade Burma? Or the Sudan? Then what situation? The always-dubious links to Al Qaeda? The yellowcake bull, which Bush had been warned not to include in his speech because the whole thing was so shaky? The trumped-up aluminum tube "evidence?" There was no, repeat, no compelling reason to invade a sovereign nation in a highly unstable area of the world. And having done so, what we're now facing in our continuing presence is not the liberation that followed WWII, but the same damn kind of quagmire the Soviets found when they tried to play imperial power in Afghanistan. But we have accomplished one thing. We've turned a sworn enemy of Iran into its ally. Okay... so the point of your elaboration of half of this threads replies was? I think you could have just left your opinion stated with your little article quote, instead of quoting somebody and then seemingly condescending to them, and your point would have been made just the same.

Jurassic Park
BiCoastal Kid replied to Luxo's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
I don't see what's wrong with making a fairly realistic Jurassic park. Unless this is gonna wind up being a park with ideas from Jurassic park, I don't see where coasters would come it. -

Some pointers. 1. On your loop, don't "rel-roll" the entire thing. You notice how it ends up being banked at the exit? the best non-AHG way to bank a loop is when you're banking, try to get the heartline to line up with itself. 2. Your roll thing over the lift needed to be worked on a bit. Try to make the entrance straight instead o veering off to the side like it did. I edited your track a little just to show you what I mean on that. Just impliment those little improvements into yourt next version and it'll already be a lot more realistic. blue_bolt_2012.nltrack Mainly just messed with the loop banking the roll shaping. -

That's actually pretty nifty. Is there any way you could make the drop closer to the waterfall? Thatd be basically amazing. -
Best (and worst) "Sounds" on a coaster
BiCoastal Kid replied to Jon Sabo's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I've always been a fan of the loud clang that occurs when Mindbender @ SFoG engages the lift. It also kicks you in the back, but it's awesome. Ghostrider has a sort of "screech" going around the turns. I like that too. And Achrophobia when is hits the brakes and then huge blast of air? Heck yeses. -

^Ummm, I said to operate the electronics/lighting. Not the coaster itself. -
So, my Disney park is really hard to update sicne I'm having trouble building something that I feel has enough quality to be worthy of staying,s o decided I wanted to make another "rct parK' as opposed to anything trying to be super realistic. Anyway, so this park, in essence, when it's finished will be a fairly large park with two entrances on opposite sides of the park. Currently, I've just started developing one side and I can't decide if I'm just going to develope around to the other, or start at the other and meet in the middle. Anyway, I took a couple shots of the station and queue complex for a twister I built called Cyclone. Original, yes. It's basically an intense twister with some pops of strong ejector airtime, and a supposedly super-intense twisting drop. It ends with a huge swoop turn through a tunnel, so that's fun. OVERVIEW. There's a lot more to the park than right there, since I've added on a few things since this was taken. Again with the trees! Being me, I think everything looks better when surrounded and intertwined with greenery. I also like how the area within the coaster has sort of a "private garden" feel to it.... even though it's loud. Here you can see the queue bridging across multiple pieces of track, not to mention the main park path to get to the station. Really, I built this mainly just to have an excuse to built a building around and in between a roller coaster. i think it turned out looking pretty nifty. Here's a view from the back to the front. You can see the double downish twisted drop and how the layout is basically a tangled mess of death.

Unless you added some minor 3d object, I dont think you did it right. -
I say yes. I don't agree with us going in the first place, but since we went over and messed in business that wasn't ours, we should stay until the country is back to being somewhat stable again.

Or Hydraulic Launch shed? Or a structure from which to operate the new coaster and the surrounding areas various lights and mechanics. I really hope this isn't launched.... -
