  1. So would I just ask the ride Op? and if they say no would I just put it back in my pocket or would they make me walk all the way to the end of the line? Also, if I had my shoulder strap on, would they be more leanient. And should I say its for a contest or not say anything? I am sorry about all of these questions but I am afraid that I will have to go put it in a locker or go to the back of the line. Thanks for all of your help!
  2. That was my point exactly. I agree i mean riding a vekoma is like riding a REAL coaster. To me they are like a wooden coaster with inversions and OTSR, I am sure most of us here like riding wooden coasters because they are rough, well a Vekoma is just that! I think that De Ja Vu is more fun that Face Off but you can see each other, plus it has less down time that De Ja Vu.
  3. I like this site and www.coasterforce.com for there coaster forums. I also like www.rcdb.com for there pictures. And the one on my signature.
  4. Is there a way I could get permission to take a camera on a ride? And if I did how would I do it?
  5. Did anyone hear about the drop ride stuck 30 feet above the ground at Castles And Coasters. They had to evacuate the people in the cherry picker.
  6. I went on Sunday with my family except my camera was not fixed.I am going next week and I got a new palm camcorder and I am going to sneek it on rides but I am afraid it will get takin away. Is there a way I could get permission to take it on the rides? I really want to take some videos of the park especialy now that the camera is twise as small as my last one.
  7. Like For SFGAm do you think they would take the camera away if I did sneak it on? And if they did would I get it back?
  8. i dont beleive that they re-built Top Gun.
  9. I have a palm camera (it can fit in my pocket) If I wanted to take it on rides, should I sneek it on or just have it in my hand when I get on the ride? Also, what kinda camera straps should I use, I have I shoulder strap or just a wrist strap? I know this was konda posted before but this wasent asked.
  10. I got back from SFGAm and I was O.K. I seemed like the park wassent ready because some things werent open. My camera was broke so I had no pictures. I am going later today with my parents camera so Hopefully I will take some pictures.
  11. Hi my name is Ben, my girlfriend doesnt want my real name on the internet. The numbers are all random numbers. My girlfriend is really blond.
  12. I am on the Varsity Swim Team. 21.56 seconds for a 50 Free. Swimmers can eat anything they want and not gain a pound! I rock!
  13. I like Spin Outs or Flying Circus's.
  14. I use a DCR-TRV280. Ir is pretty small, light weight. Some good features are the photo option, steady shot, night shot, and USB and Fire Wire streaming option (easy for editing). It was around $300.00 and came with pretty much all the tools you need but the Fire Wire card. One other thing is although it is digital, you need a Cassete tape (a normal one works fine). When you use a 160 min. tape you only get 80 min. out of it because it is digital and the tape are recordable.
  15. I love Raging Bull and Viper 'SFGAm'
  16. This pics will explain the day! I did some funky thing (not today).
  17. Remember when you did that show called "The Ultimate Guide To Rollercoasters", who was that guy you were with? I cant remember his name but what is he up to now. Sounds weird but i am curious. Thanks
  18. My "Im really excited to be here" shirt Dickies sweatshirt Jnco Jeans my awsome orange socks. and my K-Swiss shoes! I am so hot!
  19. I would agree, what do you mean But otherwise I would say the Batman The Ride Clone.
  20. I'm not sure what I get hourly but I do get about $200.00 a week, I have two job, Subway, and work at SFGAm during the season. I test out rides in the morning, You learn things about the track and the train noises. Now I am so bored of Viper, It is like I know ever piece of track and every force on the body. Once I rode with my lap bar only down like 4 notches and a loose (very loose) saftey belt the ride is awsome, amazing airtime.

  22. I feel unsafe on the Hi-Roller (not the one at the stratosphere) there is a lock the keeps the cage closed, when it was upside-down the cage opened on us and we hung on for life! and then we were lowered and let off. They only gave us free tickets for the fair and didnt even say sorry. Sorry for the small size of the pic. I will try to inlarge it. This ride kicks ass when not broke!
  23. I totaly agree, I you ever drive by Avalanche it almost looks fake ( to me) and when you ride it there is so much negative G's especially when you go under the billboard! (you can even feel the heat of the lights)and the banking of the turn is just incredable especially for a S&S coaster (unreal) :o But I actually saw Hades beign tested like I said before I only saw it go up the lift I am going on Friday and I will post updates on testing(hope my camera gets fixed by then.
  24. I would order a XL, although I am super skinny I am 6'4" and I cant do laundry so it will shrink a little. I think I am to tall to go on De Ja Vu anymore :o
