  1. Instead of keep building new rides they chould do some refurbishment on their rides... to bad they don't use their budget for that!
  2. I'm shocked... I hoped to visit this park once, but onfortunatly I don't have the chance anymore Really bad for the employees and people that are dedicated to the park!
  3. Thank you for the amazing Europe TR's. I really enjoyed reading them. Maybe we'll meet up again sometime, it was real fun hanging out with you guys! Again, thank you very much! 8) PS: They painted Zeus' pants! They used the bo white with red hearts on it
  4. He even came up with the idea for the Colorado Adventure (Vekoma mine train) in Phantasialand. He made up the concept and part of the lay-out. The ride is named after him: "Colorado Adventure, the Michael jackson thrill ride" (I guess there will be a lot of Jacko jokes in the comming up Phantasialand TR from the TPR Europe Tour )
  5. I ride Goliath quit often. The ride is oke, the first hill and the last three bunny hops provide really good, rough airtime. The first helix is really intense, to bad the second helix is boring. It can be intense on hot days but overall... it's boring. But all in all, Goliath is a nice ride. Well worth waiting for.
  6. Cool to read Robb! Looks like had a good time! I hope my future job has some nice around-the-world trips in common 16 in Holland
  7. Cool, TPR tripreports can be funny without Robb... Screw him! Just kidding, nice TR! Thanks. Nice to see some other TR then only, pure amusementparks.
  8. Thanks for the pics! Lovely, all those woodies... I wish we had some more woodies here in Europe! (Yeeees, I'm a wood-lover). Do you have more pics of Mall of America? I'm really curious to see more of that park. How they worked out the indoor concept...
  9. I rode about 25 Pinfari's (Only 10 big apple's ). Their rides are so wrong and painfull, they become fun! Especially their looping coasters (Rode 6 of them) are very, very wrong... Loopings with a height of 9 meters, totally messed up corkscrews and stuff like that  They always mess up the rides in a cool way! Although, it wouldn't be a good thing if there were only Pinfari's in the world...
  10. Nope, Poseidon is the watercoaster and Atlantica is the Supersplash. The Supersplash is NOT a coaster according to Mack, although, most people count it as a coaster. Nice TR! I like the backside of the girls, ehm... I mean... shirts
  11. Vogel Rok, yesterday at the Efteling
  12. Looks pretty boring, probably I'm the only one... I don't see how that can be exciting, nothing really special, just a Huss XXL frisbee. Only difference, you're not in a big circle but in a airplane. Sorry... And besides, it's Technical Park. If their rides are outside for more then 1 year, the paint goes away because of the weather (Don't really know how to explain, but I hope you understand)
  13. Haven't found any errors yet! Forum is working perfectly and much faster then before!
  14. It's inverted, take a look at the ties. B&M inverted coastertrack has a little curve at the underside of the ties The colourscheme is horrible if you ask me... :?
  15. The story behind the helix is that B&M didn't want to build it because it would be to intense. But Phantasialand wanted to have the helix so they put it in the ride.
  16. On the Dutch en German boards we were discussing it for over half a year, but it's official now. Today, Phantasialand announced there 5-loop inverted B&M for the 2006 season! 8) The ride will feature a restaurant fly-trough, looping, interlocking corkscrew and two toher inversions (Rumoured to be a zero G roll and immelmanthingy). It is also rumoured that the ride will have a spectacular ending, a 5G helix! Click here for some artwork Thuur - Yeah, only 45 minutes to an African themed B&M 8) - Crompvoets
  17. After waiting for almost 2 years... It is finally "finished" (Oke, at least it is online...)! About 2 years ago B&M took the website adress http://www.bolliger-mabillard.com from a guy who had a really good B&M fansite on this adress. If the link above isn't working, click below. Click me! I think there will be more information soon, there's not much on it yet.
  18. Aaaaww... I'm very glad to read you enjoyed Europe! Thank you for keeping us up every day! I really enjoyed hanging out with you and reading all the tripreports! 8) About the group-trip-thing, why not give it a shot? If there'll be group trips, I'll try to join one (or more if possible)
  19. To bad you didn't go the Tivoli Aalborg two weeks ago. The Boomerang there just brakes, stops and opens the restraints! It's not coming out of the station for an inch! Oke, the Boomerang hadn't run for a few hours and it was quit cold. But anyway, that was cool! Didn't you ride the cool kniak-knack-Mack powered at Nigloland? Also very cool! Nice tripreport again! Enjoy France!
  20. Europa Park also is one of my favourites. Glad you enjoyed it! Miro is a great guy! How did you like Eurosat?
  21. Wow, that's cool to hear! Says something about the popularity of TPreview! Nice to read that you enjoyed EGF as much as you did last time 8) I'm looking forward to the lifthill-video's! @ Elissa, did you managed to get the group to Tripsdrill?
  22. The actors where in the line later on the day. When we went to Mystery Castle when it opened early in the morning, they weren't there yet... We had the "Programm drei". "Nür mut schwächt das Böze... seit stark! PSSSHHHHH" (The long one)
  23. Soooo... It seems you liked Klotten! I'm glad to read that! I also liked Klotten for their idiot self-operated rides. In Schwaben Park (Near München) they have 2 of those wacky boomerang-watercoaster-self-operated rides... Dueling with eachother. Skyline Park (Also near München) even has 6 (!) in a row! Phantasialand was great! Temple of the great Vekoma Monorail gave us a nice massage with it vibrations in the station. Can you imagine if 5 trains are running? Then your nuts fall of because of the vibration (Ok, not that bad) By the way; Dan, Joey... You'll love the girls in Italy, just like in Germany, they're hairy
  24. Vekoma does! I admire their innovative design and their currage to come up with something total new (Oke, they went bankrupt in 2002 because they had to many new products nobody was interested in...) Pinfari (Pronounce: "painfari") also makes great coasters... Thuur, the painfari man, Crompvoets
