  3. If you can't tell the difference between what is and isn't spam how do you know Theme Park Review isn't selling donkey porn? --Robb That was truely hilarious robb...I know you were serious but that gave me my gut hurting laugh for the day...but yeah spam is pointless and a waste of time, and can be easily recognized.
  4. Last year at Kennywood. I was riding Phantom's Revenge. We were just going down the second drop and my dog tags we about to fly over my head and off my neck, So I was trying to hold them down while we exited the turnaround, but the wind blew my hands away, and my tags got caught on one of my earrings....It pulled my earring out of my ear, after I got off the ride, I found my earring sticking out of my jeans pant leg. I thought that was hilarious. Or When I rode pitfall sometime ago, my shoe flew off and over the ravine side, so I had to walk around the park for the rest of the day in tweety slippers that the guest relations gave me.
  5. Ahhh, another fun and hilarious day at Kennywood. This had to be the most enjoyable time that i've ever had at Kennywood. Don't get me wrong, I always have fun a KP, but for some reason it was more enjoyable this time around. So, We (My Sister, two friends & myself) arrived at KP 4:00pm. We decided to buy a picture keychain of ourselves first. We contiued up the walkway and decided to have a go one the bummper cars. As always, it was fun...3 bumper cars rounds later, we headed towards Swing Shot. Like I said before, it's a fun ride, but it didn't give me that stomach churning feeling so I wasen't too elated. It was very hot yesterday, maybe about 90 degree (Give or take a few degrees)...So the lines were pretty long, though we waited for only about 15-mins. and then it was our go. We got on (my sister who's a year younger..looked a bit scared) as the Swing Shot did what it does best...only this time as it reached it's maximum height..I was surprised at the feeling it was giving my stomach this time around. It was great, the duration of the ride seem to stretch on and on and on....Finally much to my displeasure the ride was slowing to a stop. It was awesome and my sister had a grin ear to ear. Soon after, we trotted off to the Potato Patch, to get some wonderfully delicious hot cheese fries. One large cheese fry and pepsi later, we decide to do the Phantom. However, one of my friends were scared to ride so she and my sister went to get dessert while I and my other friend got it line. The sun was up again and baking the back of my neck as we walked along the Phantom's bridge to it's loading station. It wasen't as crowded as I thought it would be, So we decide to wait for the front seat. A few minutes later and we were pulling the lap bar down and checking our seat belt.... Slowly we began to trot out of the station, down a dip and up the lime green lift, passing by other people waiting to ride. I gaze to the left of me and took in all of Kennywood's beautiful atmosphere, then looked to my right just in time to see Swing Shot at it maximum height, full of screaming riders. Slowly the height of Swing Shot begins to shrink and fade away as we are nearing the top of the lift. 10 secs later, our coaster car crests the top of Phantom, slowly edging over the lift and then...WHOOSH! We began our decent, speeding down the 160 ft. curving first drop into what I call "Dragster Lane", as we sped along a flat piece of track seeming to pick up speed. All hands are in the air, with screams and "woo's" of excitment as our car shot up the second hill giving you that "oh my stomach" feeling. So sleek and smooth, we careened down the 228 ft. second drop at 82mph pulling tears from your eyes, over and under Thunderbolt...all dropping our hands a little, as the illusion of hitting our hands on the thunderbolt seemed possible. Quickly, we navigate through the banked turnaround and into an "S" like manuver up through the thunderbolt and around the turtles. Giving us a slight breather before heading into the airtime filled bunnyhop passing the Phantom's loading station, another droppping under the Phantom's brake run and into a double dip bunnyhop that is sure to put a cheesy smile on your face. Our car is speeding almost ground level around a tight turn into one last glourious bunnyhop before we hit the brakes...Phantom is a speed demon with a killer layout..always a pleasure to ride. After Phantom, we decide to have a go on Aero 360, King Kahuna, then the Magic Carpet, Pirates Ship, Noahs Ark. The sun was going down so, on to the woodies. The racers were first, then double-dip Jack Rabbit. Next we rode Thunderbolt, then we headed over to the wacky fun Exterminator. By now, it was nearly dark so we decide to get something to eat at one of the restaurants. Afterwards I decided to play a game. I played this game where you have to try and bounce a ping pong ball into a lily pad floating around in a little pool of water. To my surprise I did it on the first try (which never happens to me) and got a jumbo size Neon Orange Care Bear for my other sister who was home. By that time it was 10:15pm so we decide to head on home. But not before having another go on Swing Shot. We left happily afterwards. On to a few pics... Yet another Random pic: my Swirl ice cream cone with choco-jimmies. All in all a great day! King Kahuna in full motion, but blurry... Random Swing Shot support and Phantom's decent in the background (btw the paint hasen't chipped on Swing Shot, it's the glare of the sun!) Swing Shot doing what it does best...thrilling guests! Swing Shot loading.... The Swings and Pitfall. We all agreed to not do Pitfall today, our stomachs weren't up for that challenge. Our train going up the lift. We lost to the green train. Inside the Racer's station and in the red train. The Racers! You can see how crowded the park was by looking at the Racer's line. Log Jammer. Wanted to ride, but forgot to go back after lunch. Very awesome ride imo. Random Guy on the Sky Coaster Areo 360 Doing what it does best! Areo 360 riders getting ready for a go! Areo 360 Loading Phantom Looming over KP! Just entering KP through the tunnel. Entering KP
  6. I thought Swing Shot was fun when I got my first ride on it June 16th.....but it really didn't have any feeling to it. Like it didn't give my stomach that queasy feeling. Nonetheless it was great, I like it better than Areo-360 although thats fun too.
  7. Yes, Have you ever eaten a chocolate chip cookie dough taco?
  8. AHHHHHH, I hear myself screaming because I dropped my Snickers
  9. Hey guys & gals, I did a search to see if I could fine this topic, but didn't find anything...so hopefully this hasen't already been started. I think skylines look cool, so post a picture of your city's skyline, here mine: Pittsburgh, July 4th...courtesy of www.post-gazette.com
  10. It depends on what type of storm, like natural disaster such as: tornado, hurricane, earthquakes ect. I don't care for those. As far as thunder storms go, I think they are quite relaxing to me. Sometimes I like to sit on my porch while "T storms" are brewing, the sheer smell and the ultra fast wind blowing is so relaxing to me. Oddly enough thunder storms help me fall asleep quicker.
  11. I'm kidding. Everyone knows that the N-Gage will sell well over 30 million units by 2007. I thought the N-Gage was done an over with....what? they are bringing that back to light? I wouldn't dare waste my hard earn money on that "Head Beater". $500? You'd be better of getting an X-Box 360 with that kind of money. I Got rid of my Psp (back in sept.) after only having it for a month. It was cool at first, but then it became annoying. Some of the games were crap...the movies were ok...but I couldn't download videos on it....putting music on it was easy. Then having to spend $50 on a memory stick with more capacity is just a plain "Head Robber".....I recently bought a pearl-blue ds-lite and gave my other two away.

  13. Running Scared (2006): Rating 10/10 I thought this movie was excellent! Action is written all over this movie. Joey (Paul Walker////fast & the furious 1&2) played his part very well and I thought the storyline was well thought out. The only thing that got me about this movie was how Oleic (Cameron Bright///Ultraviolet) has gotten in more worse case senarios in one day that'll last him a lifetime. First he shoots his father with a gun used to kill a bad cop, then the cops are looking for him. Then he gets in the middle of a drug deal gone bad. Next he stumbles upon a pimp smaking his....well you know...and he decides to intervene, almost getting killed in the process. Great movie, didn't get great ratings, but a...screw the critics! Shaolin Soccer (2004): Rating 9/10 Despite it's great reviews, it didn't do well in theaters, only selling a mere $488,872 at the U.S. Box Office when it debuted 2004. However, I thought Shaolin Soccer (Starring Stephen Chow) movie was great, alot more hilarious then Kung Fu Hustle (2005) which also stars Stephen Chow. Basiclly, the movie was about these old shaolin masters that wanted to get their shaolin powers back. They decide to play soccer, and they dominate it with their shaolin moves. Then out of nowhere, some team named 'Team Evil" comes along and seems to be 10 times powerful and nearly unstoppable. The shaolin teams has to find a way to defeat them. Great and hilarious movies, "A chuckle a minute!"
  14. My rant is when someone smells bad...I mean pure funky, but they don't seem to notice...I have to sit in this security office Tues-Sat..smelling all kinds of rank smells from my co-workers. I know people are gonna smell sometimes, but it wouldn't hurt to be prepared. Maybe bring Deodorant or something...
  15. My Boss got fired yesterday...YAY! (If you knew him, you'd be happy too)

  17. Summer 2004 @ Kennywood, I was standing in the line waiting for the Phantom's Revenge, mid july and hot as ever. The queve was packed and had stretched all the way to the musical express, however I was fortunate enough to have been close to the front. A lady, maybe in her late 40's or early 50's was standing one row over, but directly next to me. Some girl (about 17 yrs old) tapped her shoulder, when she looked back the girl step infront of her. When the lady turned around, she told the girl that she was infront of her and that girly had to go back to her original spot. The girl said F**k You and started to hit the lady....a few seconds go past and then a boy (about 19 yrs old.) and a friend of the girl hops inline and starts to kick the lady because she now had the girls hair in had fulls yanking the hell out of it. By this time, I wasn't about to let these to kids jumps this lady, so I pulled the boy off of her and was while she contiued to yank the mess out of the girls hair until the cops came. Both of them kids run out of line and hop the fence (behind where the bayen curve used to be) and onto the highway. Crazy but true....what people will do to jump a line. In 2003...waiting an hour & a 1/2 more for Millennium Force because of a melfunction after already waiting an hour and then getting barfed on mid-ride by an occupant of the seat directly behind me. Then the same day, Waited 3 hours to ride TTD...in 90+ degrees...
