^Actaully, when I went up to Kingda Ka at around 9:30pm on Saturday, they were only running two trains. So I waited from the middle of the switchbacks! -Dainan "So...it was not worth it" Rafferty

Kingda Ka has was running perfectly fine this past weekend, so I see no reason for it to be closed. -Dainan "Unless it's raining " Rafferty

Great PTR of Coney Island. I'm happy someone else on here loves the Cyclone. And that guy you mentioned in the picture, who stood on the side of the train is it rolled in, was my old gym partner last year in school . As much as I love the Cyclone, I will not miss Astroland when it goes. Once Astroland's gone, and the Cyclone is still there, maybe I'll operate it again! -Dainan "Happy to see you enjoyed the states" Rafferty

Moonsault Scramble looks absolutely fantastic. I remember seeing it on a coaster show when I was younger. I have the tape somewhere. I wish they still had it when I went to Fujikyu! -Dainan "It would of made up for Dodonpa " Rafferty -

This video I put together not to be one of my bests (obviously). So please don't leave comments saying, "This sucks, why is it all night?" Well, on Friday night, I took my little sister Savannah to Dorney Park for her birthday, and then on Saturday I went to SFGAv to meet up with friends, but got there at night, so I decided to make a different video. Dedicated to an awesome nocturnal weekend! -Dainan "It's a change, I hope you like" Rafferty

Ride List: Talon 4x Hyrda 2x Dominator 3x Lser 2x Steel Force 1x Apollo 2000 1x Quote of the day: Savannah: "So how long before Six Flags buys this park and ruins it?" So, my sister is turning 12 next week, so last night my mom dropped me and Savannah off at Dorney Park. It took as an hour longer to get there do the traffic, and almost everything in the world was trying to not let us get there, but we did. But, me getting there in the daylight to take pictures and videos, was not happening. We went to Guest Services and got our free tickets from Eastcoaster and headed in. We went straight to Talon and sat in the last row. We waited one train, and I totally forgot how smooth this coaster is, it's incredible. After that we headed over to Hydra. I must admit, I've only been to Hershey 5 times now. My last visit was in 05, when Hydra opened. And I'm still not used to not seeing Hercules when I was around the park. Hercules was one of my favorite coasters when I was in Jr High, and I miss walking on the lower midway and seeing this monster of a wooden coaster on the hill side! Anyway, we went on the last row of Hydra, and thought it was okay. After Hydra we went over to Dominator. We chose to do the Turbo Drop side first. We've both ridden this before we don't remember it being this intense of a drop. We both had our arms and legs out, and when it dropped, we both screamed really loud, I don't remember this at all! After that, we did the Space Shot side, which had nice airtime, but no where as intense as the Turbo Drop side! After this, we went over to Laser. So, I was in Shwartzcopf heavan...but what the hell is up with the seat belts? They served no purpose! It was perfectly intense! Laser is still my favorite coaster here! We then went over to Steel Force where we sat in the back. It was fun. The lap bar wasn't touching either one of us. But it was nothing like my sister's lapbar her first ride in 2005. But we had a nice night ride. There's alot of ejector, but for some reason, I just don't care for this ride. After that, we found out Thunderhawk was closed, so I took an other spin on Laser while Savannah filmed. Next we did Dominator Turbo Drop again, still awesome! I then convinced my sister to ride Apollo 2000. She doesn't do spinning rides much anymore, but she did it now. And liked it. We ended up talking to the operator about Geauga Lake, which was pretty funny. After that, we wondered around and took a front row ride on Hydra. Jesus Christ this hurt so bad. My head and face was in pain. I don't remember B&M's being so rough, it was truelly terrible. On the brighter side, the Jo-Jo roll was awesome in the front. After that we were going to do Doctor Doom 3D. But Savannah saw the sign that said strobes, so she decided it was in her best interest not to go in. So instead we marathond on Talon a couple of times before we decided to leave. Overall, it was a nice visit. I really don't like the Cedar Fair Empire, and I left the park feeling kind of meh. But it was a nice visit. And I just wished that my camera decided to work while we were at the park, and not walking out. Ugh. So, yeah. We had a nice time just the two of us, and we will be going back for Voodoo. Photos So, we are here for Holloweekends As Savannah now represents. This was my birthday gift to her. So wish her a Happy 12th Birthday. We hit up Talon first. As you can see, the lines were absolutely terrible. And this trend lasted our whole visit! Dominator is 180ft tall, and alot more intense then I rememberd! Voodoo will be built where the Skyscraper was. So...here's where it will be, there are some landmarkers. I'm just happy they aren't removing Laser for this! Savannah likes to film with my camera. So I let her. Oh yes, my love. My first Shwartzcopf looper, Laser. Okay, so maybe that previous caption makes me a loser! Like I really care! Me so happy on my Loser...errr...Laser! The walk to Steel Force was like this! As Savannah shows. Hercules, how I miss thou! Here's how a Floorless coaster works. Floor goes down. Floor sperated Gates open Dispatch And get ready to be Jo-Joed. Spend a few more rides on Talon. The lights and atmosphere around Talon made it look beautiful, expecially with the clear sky, and the moon. But no camera of mine would ever capture it! So, if this was SFGAv, it would be packed person to person! I guess this was doing it's job tonight! Savannah's initial opinion on her Birthday Gift. I'll finish this with a photo of us two! -Dainan "Now for SFGAv today!" Rafferrty

Great photos. Hanayashiki is a great way to start any trip. Our first hotel (Asakusa View) looked directly on the park. I rode that coaster at least 14 times. It was cool. I can't wait to see the rest! -Dainan "Great PTR" Rafferty -

Allright, thanks, and I understand. But like I said, as of this moment. I'll see, and if it doesn't work, it's only one day out of a park I practically live at! There are some people I know that are going anyway, so I assume I'll just be with them . -Dainan "Maybe something will pull through at the last minute to get me on the trip...doubt it though" Rafferty -

I have a question. I would love to, but as of now, can't go on the Eastcoast trip. But I could possibly meet up at 1 or 2 parks. SFGAv definately being one of them. Is it possible to pay for just one day of food and ERT? -Dainan "Sorry if I'm being a pain in the ass" Rafferty -
Great PTR. I expecially love this picture: -Dainan "You look fimiliar, did I meet you at Eastcoaster?" Rafferty

It's actually in a place called New Rochelle City right outside the NYC limits. I had no idea the place existed but it did. And from the top of Space Show you could see, Manhatten, The Bronx, Queens. Yonkers/Westchester, and Long Island (possibly Ct too). -Dainan "I will go back" Rafferty -

So, there's not much to report. But here's the deal, we got an e-mail from Starlight Starbright (an organization my sister was excepted into) about a private event at a place called Funfuzion in New Roc City. Well, we went there and were pleasantly suprised. This is a really nice complex with food, movies, ice skating rink, go karts, glow in the dark mini-golf, bowling and Fun Fuzion (Which included a Frog Hopper, Kiddie Whip, Space Shot, Lazer Tag, Max Flight, Flying Saucers, and Tons of games). The event was at Fun Fuzion so everything was free. Plus I rode the nice view, but barely airtime Space Shot 7 times! New Roc City itself was really nice, but we all feel that it needs a roller coaster. It reminded us of a mix of Ikspiari and LaQua. Photos: Welcome to New Roc City. So...yeah, we were totally confused when we walked out of the Parking Garage. So we have the whole place to our selves until the place opens at 12. We got there at 9! Erin, Savannah, me and Anthony. Savannah and Erin playing a game with the Free Arcade Card! Anthony playing DDR Mom playing Guitar Hero (I think...) Lazer Tag Alien much? Lights on! Picture time! Charlie's Angels wannabies! Speaking of wannabies. Here's Anthony on Space Shot. The sadest excuse for an S&S Space Shot (At least the view made up for it). Savannah, Erin and I on Space Shot. Savannah didn't like being stapled! On the bright side, the tower was 186ft from the roof up. So the view was excellent! Thank you Starlight Starbright (along with Make-A-Wish) for this awesome event! Mom gets put in the eletric chair (finally) This frigin thing may as well have been a Mechanical Bull! The extra loud drumming game! I called this the "Vitrual Terrorist Game" Erin gets shocked (light) by Uncle Fester! I got shocked (High) by Uncle Fester! GOD ANTHONY! Pick a different game! So yea...this was thrown into the back corner and we were all just, "What the hell!?!?!?" Me on "Ka-Boom"....no lie, that's really the name! Anthony on Ka-Boom! Who knew the Taj Mahal was here too! So basicly this is two 12 year olds trying to look cute! YES 12! You freaks! wE Be wAitIn 4 mA bRo f0oL! I like this show of me and my sister! Wonder Twin Powers Activate! Bye-bye New Roc City. Please get a roller coaster next year. A nice Intamin Hyper Coaster would do just fine! -Dainan "Thanks for reading!" Rafferty -

You know, I didn't think Fujikyu was that bad. Though I wish I didn't get there 3 hours before closing and waiting 2 1/2 hoursw for Eejanaika. And not riding Dodonpa. Out of all the Japanese parks, Fuji-Q was my least favorite. But when I was there, the sky was clear all day. We even used it for our Christmas Card . -Dainan "I actually liked Eejanaika though" Rafferty
