  1. Holy hell that thing looks scary, but I'd still try it. I prosume that if a park was to buy one it would be an extra fee attraction like sky-coasters.
  2. I wasn't really looking at the track, I was judging it by its structure, forget the track was there, it just don't look like 262'
  3. I'm not sayings its not big, it just don't look 262'! IMO
  4. That really doesn't look 262' at all, that surely must be wrong? 35 hundred million Yen
  5. Yes, the Wild Mouse is brilliant IMO, I absolutely love it, but the other one at Southport is horrible, its really really rough and painful and not very intense unlike the Wild Mouse which is mega intense with extreme airtime, especially on the last drop where the track just seems to dissapear underneath you
  6. Blackpool Pleasure Beach could do with a new coaster, ITS BEEN 12 YEARS!! Apparantly they're getting a Water Coaster, does that count?
  7. Man, you just keep on stealing my thunder Never seen that bubble machine before? And why is that person at the top of this page saying that Chessington has bubble machines all over the park?
  8. So say you have two launch tracks which just go straight for about a mile/km, one has a train with 5 cars and the other has a train with 3 cars, they're bouth launched to 80mph, which one will reach the end of track first? Theres more weight on the train with 5 cars so its able to keep up its speed for a lot longer, the 3 car train would be in front whilst they launch but as longer as the winch cable car thingy lets go of it it i'll loose speed quickly. Just imagine how fast you could launch Kingda Ka to if it only had 1 car per train, that could be launched to 200mph+ in the same time its launched to 128mph, cool. *End of story, time to talk about the coaster and its goodness.
  9. So your telling me that if say Stealth only had 3 cars to a train and was launched at the same speed it would still make 200ft up?
  10. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but small trains do loose speed, alot more than big trains do.
  11. I personally don't think it looks that great, its a shame it goes in/out of that pretzle loop thingy pretty slow, and I prosume with such small trains it looses speed quickly, although the trains are super funky, I don't think its much special IMO. How come it isn't launched from the station? And how many trains can they run max?
  12. I've always had plans of owning my own park and I've done the drawings like theirs BUT the thing that makes it most unrealistic is the coasters they reckon it will have, Itamin Rockets + B&M's. When I plan my own park, I'm realistic about it, I know I can't open a brand new theme park with coaster like that, unless your very very rich which I don't think them teenagers are, realistically, when opening a brand new park the best coasters to start off with would be a Boomerang, Wild Mouse, SLC etc, I know that not many people like them but you have to think seriously if your being serious about opening a theme park, Boomerangs and SLC's are the cheapest "big" coasters about they offer high thrills for a very cheap price and look impressive for little parks!
  13. ^ Its the most beautiful park I've ever been to and many says its the best out of all the Magic Kingdoms and Disney knows it, so I don't think it il get neglected.
  14. Thanks for steakling my thunder ............................
  15. ^ I said that in beggining, I was surprised at how far the train gets to the loading bay before it comes to a complete stop
  16. Urgh....Launching backwards can't be nice, well it makes my stomach go funny on an Arrow Shuttle Loop and that launches you backwards at about 30mph, to be launched backwards at 80mph, just think of how much you'd get slammed into the restaints!
  17. Thats one occasion, I've been to Disneyland Paris loads of times, and not once have I ever known any of the coasters to break down whilst I was there, so IMO Disney are the best at maintaining their rides.
  18. But they are both looked after by Disney and when it comes to theme parks and themeing and ride maintenance they are the best. Um...... I don't think that comment is true, Kumali, brand new Vekoma, apparantly its getting rough already. They only seem to be smooth when the wheel alignment is on the outside of the track, ie Expedition Everest & Booster Bikes.
  19. Thank you, I'm finally not on my own in saying that Stealth crawls over the top hat, well for me on every ride I've had on Stealth its crawled over, no airtime at all! They take you off the ride and close it for about an hour, well thats what happened to me
  20. The Ropers didn't stop the Woodie, Alton Towers did. And unfortunetly, with the arrival of Rita, that pretty much guaranteed the Corkscrew will be staying for a long time. I'm not that bothered though as the Corkscrew is what started AT. So that Woodis is going to have only 2 hills??? After them 2 big drops I think it should stay close to the ground whizzing round Ug-Land with Helixes etc, weaving in & out of Rita, but In a perfect world the UK would have a Floorless coaster!
  21. ^ Now then, your the second person who's said they're looking forward to X:/NWO, just please tell me your joking! About the space between the wheels and track on Speed, isn't that what makes Vekoma so rough, having space between the wheels and track?
  22. The train looks completely messed up, it don't look like its on the track properly
