  1. Here's the source code I retrieved from FireFox in one of the sections, not sure if this will help or not:
  2. Im using FireFox and everything looks fine here Captain! Edit: Ok, no it isn't, that's weird, I have the same stuff on mine now...hella weird (and I don't use the term "hella" very much!)
  3. I hated Diso, although it achieved what it set out to do, for some reason, all of the strobe lights and messed up painted walls set off a "panic" mode with me and I wanted to get out of there. I mean I really REALLY felt weird and I kept running into my friend in front of me, because I had no clue what was going on at that point. The scareactors I barely even noticed in there
  4. I've also seen the PDA's/ tounges down each others throats as hands down each others pockets way too often, and they ALWAYS seem to be directly in front of me in line.
  5. They've owned a good chunk of Universal Studios for a while, I believe close to 50% before the recent takeovers, but anyway, they're not new to owning big theme parks
  6. I get it, it's when he was hit by a bird on Apollo's Chariot
  7. -Busch Gardens Tampa -Busch Gardens Williamsburg -Magic Kingdom -Epcot -MGM Studios -Universal Studios -Islands of Adventure -Hersheypark -Sea World (Florida) -Boardwalk and Baseball -Cypress Gardens (ok, before it reopened and wasn't much of a park)
  8. Even when it was "just" IOA, they had a few houses that went to the sound stages on the Universal side. It WAS a pain to be at the Earthquake area, then decide you want to leave and walk a LOOOONG way back to the entrance of IOA. If they have 2 parks, they should have 2 exits (but not necessarily 2 entrances). Oh and bring back Castle Vampyre, those girls were hot!
  9. Solution: Make All coasters launched
  10. #1: Homey G's VidaFanatic #2: Robb's ElissaFanatic (even though it WAS my idea!) #3: SuperCrack's Hooters Fanatic what can I say, I like the womenz
  11. after your avatar, that's supposed to be scary? This is getting to the point where we need a secondary "Most Disturbing Avatar" contest
  12. I thought about doing an "Elissa Fanatic" but then Robb would probably get mad. So I came up with:
  13. Comparing everything they've done in Orlando in the past 6 years, Universal all the way. Disney has been busy resting on old attractions and not making hardly any new ones with quality. Hopefully Everest will be good
  14. Watermelon! That stuff is amazing!! Best...Soda...EVER!!
  15. Woohoo! 2nd Place! Im happy with that Thanks to all of you who voted for mine
  16. I don't see how you can compare them, they're totally different in what they offer. Sure they both have roller coasters, but there is a major difference in practically everything about them
  17. I thought C2 was good on occassion, but this stuff is terrible IMO. I think it has splenda in it.
  18. that was freakin awesome! I would have never thought to do that with RCT3
  19. It's the world's most technologically advanced spin 'n' puke It's short, it's intense, the video you're looking at could have been done on a PS2 and your supposed control of the craft, isn't really control as the ride does everything automatically anyway. Rode it once and never had the desire to ride it again.
  20. Planning vs. Opening time-wise is a BIG difference. Im sure Disney figured that TDS was so far and away from Universal that it didn't matter if they did both share very similar themed areas/attractions. As for the "copying technology" part, anyone remember when Star Tours and Body Wars opened?
  21. That may be true, but there is more to the story. If you take a look at Tokyo DisneySea and the IOA and surrounding resort you start to notice something...there's similarities. Both resorts have a Portofino Bay area, and both have a Sinbad themed attraction, and there's probably more similarities. Universal Creative has a LOT of people who were ex-imagineers. The Dueling Dragons concept has often been talked about as originally going to be in Animal Kingdom, although not exactly the same. Therefore it wouldn't surprise me if the JP Jeep ride and Journey to the Center of the Earth were going to use the same ride technology.
  22. Although that was a bit of a harsh reply, JT3000, I agree entirely. IOA is not all about coasters, it's about combining lots of different types of thrills WITH theming and creating something unique that's never been done before. Nearly every IOA attraction has done that, save for a few exceptions.
  23. Stand-up inverted launched coaster, goes to 150mph, then a 90 degree drop, then goes into a reverse at the end, as you get launched backwords UP the 90 degrees, into a splash finale back to the station any survivors will be immediately launched again
  24. You all are going to hate me for this... I think IOA should build a nice indoor sit-down calm attraction, because today, when I was there walking around in sweltering heat, I just wanted a place to sit down in A/C for a 10-20 mins, and not in a restaurant. I mean, there's Poseidon's Fury, but you're standing and walking, there's Sinbad but it's still in the humidity, and there's whatever is at the Toon Lagoon stage, again, semi-outdoors. So that doesn't mean that I don't want another rollercoaster, but in addition to whatever BIG attraction they have next, I think for a lot of guests, an indoor show of some type would be good. Thoughts?
