I would still like to see another 4D done the right way before we give up on that concept. A launched 4D would be cool, where you are face first into the launch. Even like a Launched 4D shuttle loop.

The theme song from "Pigeon Street". It was an eighties children's programme I used to watch and I stumbled across a website the other day that had it for download. Now, I can't stop playing it. I wake up humming it. I sing it to my dog. It's driving me crazy!

The ride, other than the helix is not that intense. My 8 year old daughter loves it.

Wow. This is a sad, sad day. For the last eight weeks, Karen and I have been on a bit of a schedule where the first thing we do when we get home from work is sit down and watch the week's entries... Well, not counting that week that Robb the sadist made us all wait a little longer. So tonight's the last night. It's almost like when your favorite show is about to end for the season... I hope no one dies tonight. That'd be a sucky cliffhanger. //totally thought there was still one more week. Me no good at math.

My first coaster was the Corkscrew at Alton Towers when I was about 12. I remember some of my friends were too scared to go on it so I was feeling very pleased with myself!

Actually, I was cool with the old coaster station breaking inage... What was that that you "broke into (it's not breaking and entering. It's just entering)?" The old station for the Wild Maus? Can't wait to get home so i can download this (as well as the R & E's Sheikra vid).

Well, since I've only been around the FL/GA/NC/VA parks, clearly my list is going to be lacking in some areas, but here goes anyways. 1. Apollo's Chariot (BGW) - one day I'll understand why folks are anti-B&M hypers. Until then, this sucker rocked my world. 2. Incredible Hulk Coaster (IOA) - visually beautiful, and a nice little ride to boot! 3. Kumba (BGT) - no playing around - this thing gets right to business and doesn't let up until it's time to fall off. 4. Dueling Dragons - Fire (IOA) - Where it lacks the power of Montu, it makes up with good speed and the wonderful near misses 5. Alpengeist (BGW) - Just a damn solid inverted coaster. I'm not a huge fan of cobra rolls on an inverted coaster, but the rest of the ride more than makes up for it. 6. Deja Vu (SFOG) - Huh? Yeah, I can't believe i just typed that either. 7. Kraken (SWO) - The floorless coaster thing feels like just another gimmick, but it's a darn good gimmick. My only complaint is that I hate the fact that Sea World needs a rollercoaster to compete. 8. Top Gun (Carowinds) - The only reason to enter this park. Go in the back gates, ride it a few times, then go somewhere else. 9. Volcano (PKD) - while I think this thing blows its wad after the first 15 seconds, it's still a great 15 seconds. 10. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (WDW) - just a classic. No way around it. THIS LIST GOES TO 11! 11. Flight of Fear (PKD) - terribly uncomfortable, but this is the only coaster that's ever completely disoriented me. Moments before pulling back into the load station, I honestly believed we were going in sideways. Maybe it helped that I spent the majority of the ride trying to keep my (too loose) glasses strap from escaping my skull.

We bought a case of Diet Snapple a few weeks ago and they are having a contest to win "favors". We had gone through the whole case and hadn't won anything, until the very last bottle. We opened the top and we won a Snapple frisbee! So we thought, cool! Gregg had bought another case last night and when we opened the very first one, we won again!! This time we won Snapple Lip Balm. I was very excited!!! Other prizes you can win are cars, money and trips. I will settle for some lip balm and a frisbee though!!! Kristi "doesn't take much to make me happy!!" C.

Are B&M hypers really that bad? All I've ridden in the hyper category is Apollo's Chariot, which I friggin' loved. Hell, most of my fave coasters are B&Ms. What's lacking in the B&M hyper department that I'm missing?

You know, I was just going to agree with pvcoasterguy, until I saw this: WTF is that top 10 list???? Have you only been on 10 coasters or something? X? Manhatten Express? Viper? WoW!!!

They don't NEED each other, but it's been a beneficial relationship for both studios. Pixar just wants more of the pie, and it's their right and they should have more because they rock. Disney needs to realize though that the impact of NOT having Pixar will effect them more because of the parks.
