Nice trip report. Im glad the SDL was open since everyone said it was closed for a while, plus when I went. Hershey Park just never lets you down IMO.

For me it has to be Viper at Gadv.....El Toro is 200% better. Look how long I waited for that thing in 1995/96(i think) Just looking at it hurts

I decided to go to the gay day event(6-1am)at Great Adventure but thinking that it wouldn't be that packed. Well I was wrong, guess there are alot of gay coaster lovers in the tri-state area I brought my friend Janeen and had a great time! We really only rode the coasters because the lines were about a 1 hour for KK and El Toro. KK was closed up until pretty late, we headed over there at 11:30ish and it was finally open. El Toro - 2 trains - 1 hour wait First people need to check the check seat cause about 5 people didn't fit in the ride, which slowed down the process. While in line it was stuck on the hill somewhere at the top but then it was fixed and the lined moved again. Let me just say this is the BEST coaster I think I have been on, the first drop was amazing and the airtime was insane. Luckily they didn't staple me in. The hill over Rolling Thunder was awesome. The ride broke down after we rode it and had to wait on the train for about 10 minute but then it opened right back up. 10/10 Rolling Thunder (left side) - 5 minute wait - 2 trains This side was closed when I went earlier in the year. I liked this ride because it really does feel like you are going to fly out 7/10 Medusa - 3 trains - 10 minute wait These ride operators always get this thing moving. Great ride as usual.... 8/10 GASM - 2 trains - 10 minutes OK I used to be like "this ride is ok" but after last night, I think my spine is on the ride still.... no other comment 3/10 Nitro - 3 trains - 25 minute wait AWESOME as usual 9/10 Batman - 2 trains - 25 minute wait This ride still kick a-- and the forces on it are amazing. This ride seems like it never slows down in speed. The ride operator though that's another thing, every time I am there it seems they get slower and slower. Still fun though 7/10 KK - 2 trains - little over an hour wait I have been on this before but never at 12am.... it was insane and my friend janeen was sooooooo scared but after she went on wanted to get on again. 9/10 All and all, it was a great night. The people seemed really friendly and helpful. The ride operators on KK, Nitro and Medusa were awesome. Its also didn't hurt to hear dance music all night there. They had a DJ and dance floor set up in front of the fountain area, very nice. They also had BEER and you could walk around the park with it....whats better then Beer and Coaster I typed this fast because I need to get going....so no yelling about grammer and spelling

Batman the Ride at Great Adventure. Waited 3 hours (its first year) and was really nervous but then afterwards wanted to go on GASM...lol..

The ride looks awesome, IMO. I agree with alot of people that they dont have to go for the tallest and fastest. Hopefully though it won't have downtime or at least very little. I want to try to make it out there next year since I haven't been since Wicked Twister(which was closed all 4 days ) was new.

Bump... So has anyone heard if its been open or still closed?

Well u guys all have fun with these questions that are worthless on answering since people should read Off to the beach and to maybe see Hurricane Ernesto....hopefully he stays away. When I come back I'm sure there will be 10 more pages asking questions that are answered....lol...

^ I remember the old one was a nice way to get to the other side of the park.....the one station is still at the front of the park, the other was taken out when Great Bear was built I think

Yeah I'm not worried about not knowing anyone...everyone seems pretty friendly. I'm very outgoing and love to just have a good time. Plus everyone loves coasters of course so there's at least one thing in common. <---- See I made another friend at the beach this year...lol..

^ Yes there were some really good one's that helped me also. The few about the rooms and the day we arrive were very helpful.

My Deposit was SENT for Spain...Yah! Now just have to wait for an email from Elissa saying they recieved it... I didn't make chat but half those question where answered in the flyer

They are planning the trips so really they can do whatever they want and have whatever system they want. I don't see why these few people are getting so mad. A few good points were made, the UK'ers aren't all going to go on all 3 trips next year and I bet half of people who say they are sending in the money, will not.

Thanks...Well the deposit will be in Thursday no questions about that...I don't have to ask my parents if I can go...lol...I'll be 30 by then too....OH NO!...lol
