  1. Ahhhhh Boulder Dash was amazing at night! That first day seemed so long(which was good), looking at the pictures at first I was thinking it was 2 days!
  2. ^^^^ HAHAHA, wow that picture is really "priceless" I have to get ot SFOG eventually in the future, it always looks like an amazing park!
  3. On the NorthEast Trip we used systems at La Ronde, Six Flags New England and Great Escape, I will never not purchase one on a busy day at a park. I had only used a system before back in 2009 at BGW. Glad to see this park is getting Fast Lane.
  4. ^ I agree but haven't been on the Mr. Freeze coasters yet. I've been on Speed, Batman/Robin the Chiller,FOF(KD) and Joker Jinx. For some reason Batman and Robin is still my favorite launch coaster but that could be because it was my first launched. Hopefully this one has lapbars only when it's built, can't wait to see what it looks like.
  5. I can't wait to see it topped off and get a ride on it in June!! Plus somewhere I read SDL is getting new trains, now sure if that is correct or not. I think I saw it on screamscape.com about a month ago but havent seen anything said on here, unless I missed it.
  6. ^^ Wow, that just amazes me that no matter what the crew thought was going on, they would tell people to go to their rooms.
  7. I've been on one cruise and that was Royal Caribbean back in 1999. I like some people can't believe they don't do a drill before they leave port. It almost seems like that is something that should be done without question. My thoughts go out to the families that lost loved ones. While many people are saying "I'll never take a cruise", thats just insane to me. I mean cars are much more dangerous and people do that every day. I personally didn't like doing a cruise but I might try it again soon.
  8. I agree, the airtime is definitely something most don't have anymore. Hershey had two of my favorites but they took out of the best rapids rides out there. Still can't believe it was replaced by a wave pool!
  9. Those guards are HIGHLY important then
  10. Even though it's "made" to be loud....I'd say Bayern Kurve at Kennywood! I really am glad I was able to ride it since its a rare ride to find in parks.
  11. WOW....those trains look amazing!
  12. Hoping one day to finally get a chance to see this park! Maybe on a TPR Trip eventually!
  13. ^ Awh look how "cute" it is...lol I seriously need to get to this park, it's one that I've wanted to go to for a long time. With X-flight opening it just makes me want to go more!
  14. Wow those pictures are great, thanks for sharing them! Can't wait to ride this thing in June! One thing about the construction, are they moving the entrance line for Comet somewhere else? (Maybe switching the exit with the entrance)
  15. Its looking great! I'm hoping that once the holidays are over, I can send in my deposit for LeviaTHON and a spot will still be open!
  16. Finally doing a TPR Tour - The Northeast Trip was soooo much fun and had a great time meeting new people! ERT night rides were amazing on Boulder Bash and Bizarro(SFNE) plus also hitting #150 on the little coaster that could lol
  17. The one in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is probably the best I've been on because it seems to go extremely high. Also the fact it just barely (seems that way looking at certain angles) misses a beach house close to the ride is always fun.
  18. I thought the front was extremely rough but the back was completely smooth to me. When leaving the ride you can hear people saying "ouch" while the ride was going Random picture of me in the front of a great coaster on the trip!
  19. This past weekend I headed to Knoebels for Hallo-Fun Nights and I have to say this will now be an annual tradition. I had an amazing time, loved the Antique Cars turning into an Haunted Attraction and the train ride with all the halloween props. The only downside was that the Bumper Cars are not included which I ALWAYS look forward to. The food was great as always plus they even had this yummy Pumpkin Bundt Cake thing. The Black Diamond was a very good Dark Ride/Coaster and was glad it finally opened. I had never ridden it when it was at Wildwood, although I did see it there but it not operating I think in 1996. It really fit into Knoebles very well and definitely is something people should check out!
  20. Yes they have one it's a private event from http://www.twisterlife.com. They have been doing it for about 8 years or more now.
  21. I made the trip over to Great Adventure on Friday October 7th to finally get my Green Lantern credit! Gay day was originally supposed to be in September as a private event but was moved due to rain, so it was open to the public also. The lines were not as bad as I had thought or heard during Frightfest plus with the Out event so I was surprised that the longest wait was about 30 minutes. The park was actually doing a great job with moving the lines compared to other times I had been there, most of the hold ups where stupid people not paying attention. Also I haven't actually been to Great Adventure at night in a long time so Nitro/El Toro were AMAZING for night rides. We didn't do any of the Frightfest events, but I'm thinking I want to go next year and check them out. Green Lantern was the only new credit and as far as standups go, I'd say its my favorite but still not a big fan of standups. I've ridden Mantis, Shockwave(KD) and Cobra(La Ronde) before and none of them have impressed me. The Green Lantern seems very loud but maybe that's just me.
  22. Chat was good last night! I'm so close to putting down the deposit for Europe! People worried about time at the parks shouldn't worry because like everyone has said...sometimes you get everything done very quickly with getting the main coasters for ERT. I didn't really feel rushed on any day of the NorthEast trip
  23. Wow already time! I'm having trouble deciding because an international trip is calling my name!
  24. I'm wondering if Hersheypark has ever flooded like this before? The picture of the park entrance gates is just sad to look because this is the one park I go to every single year. They covered Hersheypark on 6abc in Philly this morning and showed some of the park plus mentioned that some of the roads to the park collapsed.
  25. Fingers crossed also....hope you hear that everything is fine.
