The whole thing with Spehn (?) was kinda a blur to me. I do remember him taking questions and the first thing people asked him was when GL would get another coaster it's like please, the park is struggle-zilla right now. Enthusiasts. In any event, I don't know how sincere he was with his presentation, but I distinctly remember that he referred to himself in the 3rd person every time. I didn't know people actually did that unless they were cutting a wrestling promo. :o

"Guess who's back.... back again... Homey's back..." ^ Ughh. I hate Eminem. Anyway, here's my retribution for our Rollback the day before. Some of you know I came down with the Bubonic Plague after the day at Cedar Point. Strangely, instead of dying, I just ran a really REALLY high fever all night and all day. The next day at Kennywood, my peak fever of 104 had disappeared completely 24 hours later. Of course, sleeping for 13 hours straight might have had something to do with the healing process. This is also basically the second time doing this video, so I had to redo nearly the entire video after working 3 hours on it. It's not my favorite, but enough excuses for you to hate it. I agree with Elissa about the rockets. Gimme a rocket 150 feet tall that runs even 15% (doing her one better) of the time instead of SUF. I don't care to ride that ever again, and it's not painful... just boring as hell after the pretzel.

It was the old Drachen Fire station, and it caused some controversy. Either way, I came out smelling like roses with the park as they are an excellent bunch of folk and understood what happened was innocent fun. Thanks BGW and enjoy the CMania video.

I don't "think". It's a definite that no matter WHAT we get, it won't be an intamin coaster. The safety record of Intamin of late really REALLY bothers the general manager. She ain't having it... which kinda sucks. They have some really great products I think could fit in oG's landscape very nicely. One would be ripping out that dumb ol' Arrow "Shoot the Chutes" and sneaking an Impulse in there. Oh well. If it IS the hyper we've needed for so long, it won't hurt my feelings to get a people munching B&M. Apollo's is in my top 5 anyway.
