  1. How would they be able to even get that information? License plates? Im assuming debit/credit card transitions Owned
  2. Here's what makes me mad 1) Of course the park wants to make money. They're a business. Isn't that the goal of any business? If not then we mind as well be communist. 2) It isn't all about the money. Carowinds fans should be very grateful. A few years ago, this was just a "meh" park. Now CF announces huge capital investments to make this big and the fans don't care? Give me Fury if that is the case. I'll gladly take it and a water park expansion. Besides, it is costing the park money in demolition to tear it down. If they wanted to make more money they would have just kept it and not make any expansions. 3) So now let's not tear down any coasters because they are classics. RMC should stop turning crappy coasters into high rating thrill machines, and parks should keep all of their rides while trying to find a way to expand, even if they're landlocked. People don't get it. If they loved TR so much, then why weren't they riding it more? It seems highly unlikely that a park would remove a ride if it was extremely popular and queues were overflowing. Well said
  3. Watch CP get the only coaster while everywhere else gets snubbed again
  4. Psycho Mouse at CGA, my favorite wild maus thus far
  5. Get well soon!! Dirt biking with Alan Schilke!?! OMG I'm geeking out!!
  6. While I don't doubt for one second Cedar Fair would install a B&M hyper at KD, it just seems completely non-sensical. I know the Cedar Fair fan boys will find every excuse to defend a hyper addition. I just feel $20-25 million could buy something awesome that isnt redundant.
  7. Ewwwww what an ass, I would've gotten his name and made a complaint. No reason for security to throw their weight (no pun) around
  8. OMG what IS that element at 0:24???? This thing looks amaze!!!
  9. Batman looks fun and is getting great reviews, but let's face it...it's not a world class roller coaster. It's not a Fury, Millennium Force, El Toro etc; It's a relatively low-cost attraction that just happens to be a lot of fun and somewhat polarizing for the GP. A lot like Yolocoaster, Superman Ultimate Flight, Tempesto etc; Still a very smart investment on Six Flags part IMO
  10. Six Flags has kept 2016 pretty tight lipped so far, across the entire chain. So far we know SFDK is getting Iron Roar, Gradv is rumored to get a large addition, SFOG, and SFGAM are rumored to get Justice League dark rides, and SFA is getting a waterpark expansion. I think things will be relatively quiet in '16 at SFOT, MM, SFNE, and SFstl considering they all got major additions this year. SFFT is teasing something but I doubt it will be anything significant.
  11. Psyclone, Flashback, Freefall, Original Colossus, Deja Vu, Log Jammer... Flashback and Deja Vu weren't really replaced though, as much as they just... went away. Psyclone was unrideable and should have been burned down years before it finally got replaced with Apocalypse. I still miss Log Jammer, tbh. Well no they weren't replaced per se, my original point was regarding MM having too many attractions to maintain. Someone listed rides that were removed, but just as many rides have been added in the interim.
  12. Ugh those sea gulls are everywhere at CP. We almost ran over one during the pretzel turn on Magnum. The birds just sit on the track with a death wish
  13. Psyclone, Flashback, Freefall, Original Colossus, Deja Vu, Log Jammer... Yes but Apocalypse, Green Lantern, Lex Luthor, Yolo, and Twisted Colossus. All those rides you mentioned (save Deja) were replaced by something else. So their maintenence dept has not been alleviated in the slightest.
  14. Yeah MF and Maverick are pretty much steel perfection
  15. Kinda makes you wonder just how many more coasters MM can install before they are forced to start removing some due to having too many to maintain. If they can barely keep up now....
  16. Isn't Woody Woodpecker a Universal Studios character? It was a joke brah, at no point would I think any Six Flags park, or any Universal park for that matter would theme a ride after Woody Wood Pecker. "Brah" It's been done before. Oops, my bad lol
  17. During IAAPA there were rumors swirling around that they might get a GTX. Hopefully it's true
  18. An accident on TC? Like involving the ride itself? Or just a problem with a guest?
  19. Isn't Woody Woodpecker a Universal Studios character? It was a joke brah, at no point would I think any Six Flags park, or any Universal park for that matter would theme a ride after Woody Wood Pecker.
  20. If you go on to youtube already knowing if you want to watch an on-ride pov or and off-ride pov. A non-nerd wouldn't know the different lol
  21. If this is true, this coaster must be huge if they have to already store parts on site
  22. Well TC has the single rider line, so I think other attractions without it (such as Tatsu, FT, and X2) should be priority. I say Fool Throttle, Tatsu, then X2 in the afternoon.
