  1. nothing like transgendered fun.
  2. After weeks of tearing the house apart, I just found my Stones tickets. My 15 month old stashed them in a drawer below the bird cage. Ahh the joy of kids.
  3. Blue Line, by Blue Dixie, a defunct midwest jam band from the 90s
  4. PhishyB I just moved from Oreogn a couple of months ago. Too bad buddy. I'd have road tripped down to CA to drink beer and ride coasters wit ya in the bay area Peace
  5. I just purchased the Pop up Book of Phobias. 29.95 as an X-mas present. This book is hillarious.
  6. Phishybrewer, I like your reply. I'm pro beer and if Anheuser brews a good beer I'll drink it. After all, I do live in St. Louis. Ps: ever tasted Anderson Valley pale ale out of Boonville, CA? Yum
  7. If you ever ride the Boss, which you may not because SFSTL isn't a park most people feel compelled to visit, sit on the right side in the front seat for some extra air (thanks for the tip negative G) otherwise the left side really seems rougher. My daughter agrees. She won't sit on the left unless I'm too bruised and make her.
  8. Anheuser Bush beer is nothing to get excited about. They've always brewed beer for the masses. There's nothing wrong with that. I just prefer beer with taste. I'm a micro brew guy. My all time favorite is Brutal Bitter from the Rogue brewey in Newport, OR. Yum!
  9. yes Have you ever woken up in the pm thinking it was the same time in the am and gone about your morning routine only to discover that you were 12 hours off?
  10. Wow, thanks for sharing what's happening in your musical lives. Live music has always been a huge part of my life. I've traveled the US extensively following my favorite bands on tour. Now I'm planning to do to same to ride coasters. I can't wait to do the Ohio coaster tour and then head to Pennsylvania. I've been wanting to ride the Thunderblt since the 80s, not to mention Phantom's Revenge. Since I've been browsing coasters online for the past few years I've learned about Knobel's and really want to ride the Phoenix. My dream vacation is to tour major theme parks while catching national and local bands along the way. Peace and Love to everyone in the TPR community. I'm glad to have found this forum. Eagle Rider
  11. ^cannelloni What's your favorite pizza topping?
  12. ^Taking a break from what? I drink more than three botles of beer all the time without taking a bathroom break. Do you like wasabi?
  13. I've only ridden two launching coasters: Mr. Freeze at SFSTL and Rockin' Roller Coaster. My first launch ever (Mr F) took my breath away. Actually I don't think I was able to inhale until we reached the top of the spike. Now that I've ridden this coaster dozens of times, I'm still thrilled by the launch. However, a great drop late in a wooden coaster is still my preference. There's nothing like dropping down a steep hill when the train already has a lot of speed.
  14. Space Mountain I went to Orlando with a group of students 2 years ago and was given behind the scenes access to many Disney attractions. We rode Space Mountain with the lights on and it just ruined the ride for me. It's top speed is 27 mph and it looks like a wimpy wild mouse ride when lit. When I was 6 this ride thrilled me, but the magic is gone for me now. I'm glad this family coaster exists, and I'm sure kids love it, but not me.
  15. ... show Minnie their bulges in the middle of Main Street while...
  16. I saw Victor Wooten, arguable the best bass player on the planet, on Dec. 2. I've seen him several times before and highly recommend him. When not touring with his own band, comprised of several of his brothers, he plays with Bela Flec and the Flec tones. Check him out.
  17. On the last day of operation ast SFSTL, after the closing ride on the Screamin' Eagle, I took a stuffed frog out of the box where people store things while riding the coaster. I gave it to my 13 month old son who played with it for 20 seconds. Now it's laying in a toy chest.
  18. I am not a Grinch! But I hate those blow up Santas and snowmen that people are buying at Wal Mart and putting up in their yard. They're big and ugly. Some people spend a lot of time putting up nice lights, then inflate the holiday monstrosity which takes away from the elegance of the lights. Why people? Why?
  19. I just watched 13. What a creepy movie. My daughter is 13 and not quite as bad as the girls in the movie. I'm glad we don't live in LA.
  20. But the CP employees landed near by in a theme park called...
  21. frozen pond, but then slipped and she broke her...
  22. sometimes the songs that we hear are just songs of our own
  23. UH, sit next to Shamu on a coaster. Would you rather have Cedar Point to yourself or SFMM? This seems like a no brainer to me. How about you?
  24. yes, magic kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and MGM Have you ever seen someone throw up after getting off a coaster?
  25. My first big coaster ride was the Screamin Eagle in 1980 when I was 7 years old. I've ridden it hundreds of times since then and am always up for a ride, especially in autumn when she's at her best.
