  1. Does anyone know what this used to be? A ride or something?
  2. I have not. But their app says the parks closes at 7. It's ok, we got at least one ride! We're in line again now though. Anyone have any suggestions for good food in the area for after the park? Thanks!
  3. I did like it haha. It was just a bit jerky. Also, all day today Lightning Rod was closed. Then, at 4pm it opened and I got my frist ride on it. It's sooooo much fun! What a great ride at a park I would have never expected it at.
  4. So, I have been to Dollywood four times in my life, and it's a great park. But, because of my weight, I have never been able to ride Mystery Mine. Well, today I finally got on it after a lot of hard work and losing weight!!! It's an awful ride... LOLOL
  5. We have a new update from Mint! There are some updates that were made with Autopia and Honda. And his normal update here.
  6. Oh that's interesting, it does't have a back spike. Looks like the launch could be fun though. Did you guys get to ride it or no?
  7. Welcome to the new entrance of Knott's and their new Security Bubble haha. Lines aren't really bad and there's another much less crowded entrance on the other end.
  8. Hey guys! I am an avid cruiser, I love it! Normally, I travel with Royal but I have also been on a carnicval ship...once. Anyways, I was wondering what everyone's experience was with booking. I normally book directly with the cruise line, and get what ever deal they are offering. But, I want to know what (if any) draw backs there are if you book through a travel site? Some of them are showing better deals then then the Royal site. Any thoughts are appreciated.
  9. Who knows, they might, when there's something to look at. Their land is roughly 5ish months behind Disneyland. So, there probably isn't much to see yet.
  10. Wait, there is no back spike? Well, I can assume this is only a test, but I really hope it goes faster when it opens.
  11. The Disney Parks Blog has posted a blurb and short video in regards t Star Wars Land! Star Wars-Themed Lands Come To Life as Construction Progresses at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts George Savvas by George Savvas, Public Relations Director, Disneyland Resort We’re excited to share an update today on the progress of the Star Wars-themed lands being created at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts! As you may know, these two new immersive lands will transport guests to a never-before-seen planet, a remote trading port and one of the last stops before wild space where Star Wars characters and their stories come to life and where guests will find themselves in the middle of the action. We’re also creating two incredible new signature attractions: one that lets guests take the controls of Millennium Falcon on a customized secret mission, and an epic Star Wars adventure that puts guests in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance. With so much activity across our 14-acre construction sites as this new world is created, we wanted to show you how things are shaping up in this exclusive video – and you may not believe what you’re looking AT-AT. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] As Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger announced last month, our Star Wars-themed lands are scheduled to open in 2019. There will be more exciting updates to share in the future as work progresses on each of these galactic lands. Keep checking the Disney Parks Blog for the latest. 12. I do hope this goes to a US park. Only so that I will have a better chance to ride it again!
  13. Yes. The game (at least mine) is missing ALL water related rides and parts of rides. The game is terrible and you can't even build out a whole park before it tells you there's too many objects. Honestly, I ditched it in favor of the RCT Classic game.
  14. Soooooooooooo this happened... Mega Size Source Those are indeed AT-AT Walkers! And they appear to be the entire height of the building! I really hope they move in some fashion. Maybe just one foot stomping down and the head turning? In my dreams, one would slide on a track in the ceiling and actually walk toward your ride vehicle! And here is another (better shot) Mega Size Source Though, looking at the last pic, mega size, it seems they are 100% stationary.
  15. I feel like that went up insanely fast. The ride looks awesome!
  16. Disney knows there are sightline issues. That's why they put boxed trees behind the dam as a temporary fix. Once the area is planted we'll have a better idea what it will look like. Plus it has to grow in and fill out. The land doesn't open for at least 18 months (Disney said 2019, no actual date) so there's time to plant and grow. Plus, they haven't started building in that area yet. I am not worried it will be fine. We're all fine here. Lol
  17. LOL, seriously? More themeing?! That's awesome!
  18. Two things for today! First, there is another Mint update! And, along with that, it seems there's a new satellite image for Star Wars Land! Link
  19. Here is a better image Source It kinda seems like a lot of the area will need to be demolished and rebuilt or significantly altered. Simply because there seems to be a lot of supports going through roofs and such. I Can't wait for them to release more detailed info and art!!!
