Maybe the "Worlds longest inverted roller coaster." Just doesn't have as much appeal to the GP as it has to coaster enthusiast. With that being said, I'd be curious to see how Cedar Points attendance changed during Gatekeepers first year. (I searched online but couldn't really find anything.)

I don't think Banshee has as near of the "wow" factor for the GP that Gatekeeper has, nor does it have near the "wow" factor that Valravn has(is going to have.)

I mean, it does at least show the start of the lift hill supports. Which appears to be a truss style support structure after all.

I just don't see an invert being a good fit at the park. Not because it is to similar to wildfire, but I don't see it having enough of an "appeal" to the GP. Obviously I could be wrong. I have no idea what is going in at the park, what would be a huge draw for the park, and what the park thinks is going to be a good fit. I just personally don't think an invert has any where near the same "wow" factor, or "appeal" that a Dive Machine, or a Wing Coaster has.

That was by far the best coaster construction video I have ever seen!

They were topped with a light dusting of snow yesterday morning. A couple of pebbles fell of the top of the pile too due to the wind. Do we know if the pebbles of gravel that fell are okay?? Or are they are going to be suing Six Flags for not providing enough barriers from the wind?

Yep, The above photo confirms it. SFOT is getting a "Scream" clone. It's going to go right over those parking lot stripes. Interesting. Last time my partner and I were visiting the park we had our Fast Passes and there were a few Fast Pass employees, and some of what appeared to be Upper level Six Flags employees near the gift shop asking us what we thought would be the best route for Fast Pass riders to take when wanting to ride Titan. Sounds like the used our suggestion! Anywho, awesome photos! Thanks for sharing! The "new" entrance" looks like it is going to be much better! Can't wait to get back to the park this coming summer!

I currently drive a red 2012 Fiat 500 Sport Edition. Of the 17 cars I have owned it is by far the most fun to drive! Also, not having a car payment is a huge plus!! (It's a lot less stress not having the payment hanging over my head every month!)

See, that's the thing. I don't like the park. I tend to go every other year at the most. Given the amazing experience I had last year, I hope to abstain for 2 years this time, maybe 3. No one has any reason to care about this but you did ask. I tried to make sense of this, but I just couldn't. "I don't like the park." So. . . "I tend to go every other year at the most." But... "Given the amazing experience I had last year, I hope to abstain for 2 years this time, maybe 3." . . . . WHAT? So you DON'T like the park, but you still tend to go to the park, and you had an amazing experience, so you hope you don't go back for maybe 3 years?? Am I the only one who thinks this makes no sense?? After trying to figure out the weird "love/hate relationship with the park" post. . .

I would LOVE to see SDC get a coaster similar to Firechaser Express!! Firechaser express looks like an awesome coaster for not only families given that it is "smaller" and not as intimidating. But it is thrilling enough for thrill seekers, with nice spots of airtime, and the backwards launch. If SDC is not getting a coaster like Firechaser Express, I'd like to see them get something like Mystery Mine. However, if it is a B&M coaster like rumored, and it's NOT a flying coaster (like it's rumored NOT to be) then I could see either a wing coaster, or a dive machine coming to the park. I really don't see an invert as a good fit at SDC.

Maybe that is the real reason the coaster never got built. Arrow had no idea what they were doing, and the trains were going to just fly off the end of the track every time they were dispatched.
