  1. Probably Dragon Fire at Canada's Womderland if I were to guess. I have never ridden it, but a view of just Leviathan's lift hill, although Leviathan is probably great, does not seem fun to look at if you were in Dragon Fire.
  2. Six Flags New England
  3. It's interesting how Goliath's track is not being installed in one section, like they installed track at the bottom of the drop and in this section of the Twist and Ahout. Nothing wrong eith it, but it is interesting. Do other wooden coasters get constructed like that?
  4. I think rides that are old such Suspended Coasters or standup coaster can be new if their authenticity is promoted. Like it is meant to be old and appear old, then people may like it! I don't mean like the "old" old, I mean like a "retro" or "antique" old.
  5. I think Vortex at King's Island should be converted into a floorless coaster with B&M track. That would be really fun, and it would make the end of the Vortex much smoother as well!
  6. When I went to Kennywood people kept shouting swears on the launch section of Sky Rocket and on the Bayern Kurve and they thought it was funny! It was just annoying!
  7. I really love Magnum XL-200's station! Verbolten and Batman-the Ride (SFGAm) have amazing stations as well! I have never been on Juvelen or Piraten, but their stations look amazing too!
  8. And no Ragin' Cajun. Oh well, Goliath is coming and I really like the new website! "I'm really going to miss Ragin Cajun!" said no one ever. Goliath is really coming along! Judging from all the awesome construction updates, we've all underestimated how tall this guy is going to be. I looked at the ride list and Ragin' Cajun wasn't on it. I liked Ragin' Cajun by the way! It was a fun ride! Obviously Goliath will be better, but Ragin' Cajun will be missed (by me at least).
  9. On American Eagle, when the sign says, "Red for Adventure Seekers, Blue for Thrill Seekers."
  10. Great pictures! I love the ones of Thunderhead, Diamondback, and Apollo's Chariot! Where were you in the park did you take the Apollo's Chariot? I've never seen the coaster at that angle at BGW.
  11. And no Ragin' Cajun. Oh well, Goliath is coming and I really like the new website!
  12. It really depends. If it's a family park, then family rides are good. If it's a park known for good coasters, then it needs some good ones! Ultimately there is no set pattern to what makes a park grow, I think.
  13. I am glad go-karts are being removed! I would rather ride a good coaster than pay money to ride go-karts. Plus I never got into them anyways, but even if I as, roller coasters and good rides are much better!
  14. Indiana Beach when Steel Hawg only operates with one car.
  15. The nausea rating would be the same. Each person can tolerate certain amounts of nausea from a ride. I think it would be possible, although I think RCT3 is way more tolerant in terms of intensity and nausea rating than in real life. The only ride I can think of that would be "Very High" in intensity and actually rate greater than 8.00 is Intimidator 305 and that's it. RCT and RCT2's ratings are in my opinion about equal to what the rating will be in real life. Interesting that this thread is bumped, haha! But it's good to think about, especially since there have been many intense roller coasters like I305 that have obviously been built after 2005.
  16. http://www.gwinnettcounty.com/portal/gwinnett/Departments/CommunityServices/ParksandRecreation/Aquatics I know this thread is old and I am bumping it, but I have tried looking up this water park online. I am wondering if this is the water park this thread is referring to, since it is in Norcross, Georgia. Does anybody know? If it's not, then what happened to it?
  17. http://www.photographersdirect.com/buyers/stockphoto.asp?imageid=1180816 The caption:
  18. I think I'm starting to get an image of how big Goliath really is!
  19. http://cache.rcdb.com/8kv34006f4480000801ig0.jpg These ones!
  20. Carolina Cobra
  21. ^Awesome! I really can't wait for the opening of El Loco! I really like the cars too! Theya re so much better than the ones on Steel Hawg and Mumbo Jumbo, not that they're bad but I like these!
  22. Cool! First, go after May 24 so you can ride Goliath Second, if you want to go on V2, go on it early because the line gets long. Superman, V2, and Raging Bull's lines are also extremely long. American Eagle will have a long line if and only if one side is running with one train, which they do sometimes. So maybe ride American Eagle Early. Also check out Whizzer! It's an ACE Historic landmark and only one of two of its kind left in the world. Also, SFGAm is expensive (no duh, but just throwing it out there) but it's an amazing park! That's all I can come up with but I'm sure other people have more!
  23. Coney Island
