  1. ^ I see where you are going with that, but personally Highland Fling sounds better
  2. ^ I think a Sky rocket II would be a good fit for Adventureland
  3. ^ Aunt Granny's is awesomely delicious!
  4. I visited the park this past Friday for the first time in 16 years. I freaking love this place! I thought Wild Eagle was great and don't understand how a lot of people call it forceless. Firechaser is just pure fun! Mystery Mine is a bit rough, but man that coaster is cool lol! Thunderhead was a bit rough, but had a lot of airtime! I liked it! Although it did feel like that lap bar was trying to rip out my belly button ring lol! Lighting Rod......OH MY FREAKING GOD! How was that even possible?! Videos do not do this thing justice! It is SO fast and intense! I wish I lived closer to the park simply for Lighting Rod! The only negative thing I have to say is I wish they could fix that pot hole at the bottom of the first drop. That part hurts lol!
  5. Wednesday the 6th was also my first visit to the park. Fury is now my number one coaster! This was also my first time riding a flyer and a stand up. Vortex was rough, and the forces were a bit hard on my knees. Now that I have experienced it, bring in the floorless trains lol! Nighthawk I did not enjoy. I didnt like how it felt just laying onto those vests. That may add to the thrill for some, but for me it was too uncomfortable. Also it was really rough, and nauseating. Still glad I tried it though. Afterburn was incredible! Also my new favorite Invert. The other coasters were simply for the credits. I really enjoyed Carowinds and wish I had more time to have enjoyed it. But hopefully I can return some day!
  6. With SF buying new parks recently it had me wondering, although unlikely, if SF acquired Magic Springs if things would improve. I know it wouldn't become a mega park by any means. But I wonder if SF could really turn it around. Pointless, I know. Just curious on what y'all's thoughts would be.
  7. Now that SF is picking up some new parks, maybe they would like to let go of this one lol!
  8. I also wish SF would have held on to Geagua Lake. No, it wouldn't have been perfect. But things would have turned out completely different than they did.
  9. I love how vibrant it is! Is this in the former location of the Enterprise?
  10. The blue track and white supports is just so pretty lol!
  11. Perhaps this leaves more of a chance to receive a ground up RMC! One can dream. Its a big dream. But still lol!
  12. Great Escape looks really charming. Did Pandemonium replace any existing ride or structure?
  13. That is so cool! I bet it was loud inside that building while a train was running the circuit lol!
  14. ^ I'll never ride one of these, due to motion sickness, but it looks like it will be fun to watch!
  15. News report on the opening of the water park https://www.khou.com/article/news/local/neighborhood/new-water-and-theme-park-opening-near-houston/285-553321968
  16. It seems significantly more quiet than the Super Loops at the other parks Also, Gettin Jiggy Wit It, is now stuck in my head
  17. Has anybody noticed the supposed land clearing by Excalibur?
  18. Looks like it could be an awesome park. I wish we would get more new parks in U.S.A. lol!
  19. I'm visiting DW next month for the first time since 2002. I hope so badly that LR is being reliable when I visit. But I'll still be happy with the four other credits I've yet to receive. And just being at DW in general!
  20. Oh wow, Cyborg is not located at all where I thought it was lol! I thought it was next to JL, where the old Music Express used to be.
  21. ^ Ah, I missed that. Thanks for the correction.
