  1. Best: Outlaw Run or Fujiyama Worst: Adventure Express
  2. This year has been fantastic! Didn't really go as planned because I've only visited 4 park in US: SFGAm, KI, CP and Holiday World. But the 17 parks in Japan+a mini trip to Shanghai area including Joyland, Dinosaur Park and Happy Valley+returns to Ocean Kingdom, HK Disney and Chimelong Paradise made 2015 the best park year I've ever had! And 2015 isn't over yet!
  3. Somehow I can understand about little kids. Because I have seen people changing diaper in the queue line. Trust me ain't nobody would prefer to see that than letting one or two extra members in. But yes, people need to make sure they won't have restroom emergency before they enter the line.
  4. ^ Or how about just track and restraint?
  5. That track is definitely Golden Horse!
  6. I read them to check what I missed this week.
  7. What's the point of getting bigger than Disney? Merlin is a very good company but this seems like a dumb decision. Getting higher than Disney's quality is a goal they should go for.
  8. Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Train. That ride is perfection!
  9. Had a great first visit to Holiday World with Zach (Imagineerz) and Matt (Koasterking48) yesterday. It was raining quite a lot but no rides was closed. As we all know wooden coasters get insane in the rain We had 7 rides on Voyage, 8 rides on Thunderbird and 5 rides on Raven. Voyage and Outlaw Run are tied as my No.1 wooden coaster now. I loved how insanly long it is that it is almost too much to take in. We magically got two TRIMLESS night rides at the last car after a whole day of raining. Even with the trim, the train was flying into the brake run like how it was without the MCBR stop! Raven was crazy as well, second half was super intense that it definitely gave me the "CCI WTF just happened" face. Thunderbird is a very solid ride that I enjoyed a lot. Yes it is way better than Gatekeeper and X-Flight and a lot smoother and rerideable than Parrot. But I have to say Parrot is a lot more intense than Thunderbird. As for the haunt, massive respect to HW for making the carnival house so perfect! It is not scary for the whole family but creepy enough for adults. Everything Halloween at Holiday World was so on point that the whole atmosphere screams "Family Fun". Thank you everyone at Holiday World for an amazing day! The world would be a better place if every park is running like Holiday World! Trying to be artsy from the corn maze. Have to get a photo for the trimless ride! Or as the correct way to say it: MCBR turned off rides. Group photo! TPED Boiler Up!
  10. And cable lift hills And multi-speed lifts.
  11. ^ Yes, Legos are heavily based on their toys, that's not going to work well in China. Think about it, all the knock-off brands are going to open their stores around the park.
  12. Nah this is not going to work in China. Most people know what Lego is but haven't played with any real Legos before. There are literally hundreds of knock-off brands out there that hurts just as much when you step on it. Lego's interllectual property has close to zero chance of being protected in China, at least in the next few decades. Plus Chinese government and Legoland park? Really?
  13. Will they keep the train wrapped during testing?
  14. Great TR! Mitsui Greenland was a big surprise for me. Their coaster lineup is solid for a park of this size and all the random rides around the park make it such a perfect place to enjoy a full day at. Their trampoline was pure fun, I really like things that makes everybody look like kids again.
  15. This thing will be crazy once it is fully warmed up! Especially on a clear day when the high quality air doesn't act as trim brakes.
