  1. I'm curious, how much is everyone's SAT score?
  2. Really hope to ride it someday. iSpeed looks like a great mixture of Maverick and Xcelerator. It also has a great reputation judging from Mitch Hawker's result. Great picture! As always.
  3. Does Banshee use the drop away loading platform? I guess the seat design is to increase the capacity.
  4. I think Lex Luthor is the best among the 4 Intamin drop rides I've been on, with the sitting one at the top of Canton Tower coming at No.2. The scariest one is a Moser drop tower at Orange County Fair but I don't like it as much as the Intamins. Intamin drop towers' airtime is beautiful and enjoyable while Moser only tries to scare you.
  5. After using Tapatalk for so long, I honestly like using Safari better... Call me obstinate or something but I just don't used to browse TPR forums without the typical TPR color and TPR logo. Tapatalk is great by the way.
  6. Magic Springs.
  7. Millennium Force
  8. FOTR is good, but nothing close to those old school B&M's even in smoothness.
  9. That's for sure, Intamin is not something that B&M can easily catch up with. I'm just afraid that more coasters like GK will exist. Since B&M used to make great coasters 20 years ago, I just hope they don't try to disappoint me again and again. (FOTR is good, but Chimelong certainly could do better)
  10. And Maverick too, depending on what you consider the lift/launch to be. Then you can add California Screamin', Mummy USO/USS, etc. I mean chain lift(s) plus a LIM/LSM/air compress/hydraulic/fly wheel/weight drop/friction wheels/etc launch.
  11. Or just don't want huge coasters only looks bigger than what it actually is? Complaining about B&M is because B&M is kind of taking over Intamin on huge coasters nowadays.
  12. Wow that user should be banned and list as illegal for polluting the internet. About FD3, someone said he was really worried about roller coaster safety after they watched FD3... I said if he thought it is real, his computer screen would explode and he would be stabbed in the stomach at his kitchen by himself before his house explode. (is it too much?)
  13. Tornado Bakken
  14. Great, now B&M is competing with IKEA!
  15. Fluch von Novgorod
  16. A lot rougher than I thought from what I've seen. Both Dive Loops has a pretty big bump at around 90 degrees side hanging position. Maybe there is a gap between the track and the wheels like Vekomas?
  17. When I introduced the 4D coaster concept on one of my essays, the supervisor kept saying it's just fantasy, then I told him X2, Eejanaika, Dinoconda and those Intamins already existed... He said that's just something in the simulator that the manufacturers used the park to promote. I'm 100% firing him if I am the school president.
  18. Maybe it could some how be surprising on an Invert? Just wait and see. By the way, I mostly don't like the seat angle being too much like those hypers.
  19. The supports of Flight of the Phoenix are made in China. Sand bags replaced water dummies during it's testing. This helped them cut down the budget a lot and Intamin actually approved it.
  20. Coasters with (a) launch(s) and a lift: Powder Keg, FCE, Takabisha and Fluch von Novgorod. I guess there are only four of them.
