I have no sympathy for the investors. It sucks for them yes but they gambled on a potential profit and lost. They said it themselves that they wanted to flip the land for profit. People do this sort of thing all of time and try and get inside information, I would think with investing that much money you would do as much reasearch as possible first.

I have been many places and other Than Denver i prefer Cincinnati to everywhere else. I want to make it to several other countries on a list i have before I would be anywhere near this park. I also do not have the money for travel for the next several years at least.

I can't wait to see the finished project. Unfortunately i don't think i'll ever make it out there. I'm glad to hear everything is on track for opening. I always wondered (maybe i missed the answer some where) The project was announced with two years to go before opening it seems most announce 7 months to a year in advance, was this by design in case any roadblocks may pop up with government and anything else that could delay the project?

I have been locked into Destiny on ps4 lately. I am preparing for the release of The Taken King.

It's mean and i would have been upset if it happened to me but watching a lady get carpet bombed by a random seagull with a a massive shit had me almost rolling on the ground. It was like the bird singled her out. We watched it dive right at her and just unload. This was at Cedar Point.

I love Magnum. Those hills on the return trip make me giggle like a child every time. I was happy to see some of the supports headed up to Cedar Point the other day when i was driving. Maybe i'll see some of the track one day. I have been on the look out for this and Mako track.

Maybe using maps before you make a response would benefit you. Carowinds To Charlotte international is 15.3 miles. Kentucky Kingdom to Louisville International is about 2000 feet.

Though i am not even to 100 yet I made an excel sheet to keep track. It is mostly for keeping track of where I have been and what i have done. I wouldn't consider myself a credit whore though as i decided to ride I305 on my only visit 6 times vs finishing up all of the coasters. I left Kings Dominion without about half of the credits.

I think the most annoying thing i see posted on facebook and this forum is people saying "well you lowered the coaster count of the park and added a flat" Who cares? The ride experience is more important than a damn coaster count. I cannot believe I keep seeing people complain about Shockwave not being replaced by a coaster. I'm not even a huge fan of Delirium but those rides are miles better than a Coaster like Shockwave.

Apparently Maxair is 25 feet taller... I'm sure the difference won't be noticeable at all. I have always enjoyed Maxair more than Delirium this may be the reason.

Manson and Smashing Pumpkins. I lucked into some VIP tickets 4th row center for the show. It was awesome. Manson should have closed though as the Smashing Pumkins set seemed a bit boring after he went on. We left after Zero for several reasons though.

Instead of having two sets of tolls (one near the middle of the parking lot and one to the north side of the parking lot) they will have one big one that looks like it is double the size of the current main entrance. It is usually only a problem on real crowded days. When i worked there 11 years ago a couple of days traffic was backed up the the montgomery exit on 71

It looks like this will occupy one of very few green spaces in the waterpark. Bring on more concrete.

I'll most likely still prefer going to the Beach across the road instead despite what this is. The vast open area of concrete is very frustrating.

Aren't all rides predictable as they are on a track and you can see what is in front of you?
