It seems like they have been posting daily or at least regularly about it. They do more on snapchat than anything. But it doesn't seem like its any less than with Banshee.

Thursday cannot get here soon enough. I cannot wait for this off season to be over.

It think it depends on how often you go and how close you are to the park. I live right down the street from Universal Orlando and have never bought their Express Pass because I can go whenever I want with no lines. But if you're going once a year, or very infrequently, I would strongly recommend getting Fast Lane even if the lines are only 20 minutes and that 20 minutes can be turned into 0 minutes. Those pockets of 20 minutes add up quicker than you think and can result in getting more rides in or just having a calmer, less stressful day at the park. Personally, I would never go to Cedar Point without getting a Fast Lane pass, but I also only go on average once per year. You're right I guess it is just however you perceive it. I have been to Cedar Point a lot given i'm only 4 hours away. much less lately since kids. I am close enough for me to not worry about weekday lines too much i can always get back up there.

I have only bought it once on a saturday and it was wonderful. I personally wouldn't buy on an early June Wednesday unless I got there and it was crowded.

Let me just say that it's no coincidence that the people in this thread from places like Cininnati and Jacksonville think Cedar Fair makes good pizza while people from Chicago and New York (hi) are less than impressed. I am actually from Chicago. Yes Chicago Pizza is superior but I have come to like Larosas because it is different.

I enjoy LaRosas when I have ranch to dip it in. Super healthy option.

Who the F*** is that tool? I would lay down on the train tracks if I had to hang out with that guy for an entire morning. I grew up in this area and have always appreciated the Adventure Express ending. Also that guy goes by Shroom, He added me on social media after a few interactions then blew a gasket when I was having on conversation about bands I don't like. Turns out its most of what he plays on his station so be blocked me. I still find it funny. Most people I talk to that listen to WEBN regularly can't stand him,

Shroom is a turd. He is a good reason not to listen to WEBN but really who needs commercial filled radio anymore?

I am really not sure how it could be done or if it is possible but I was thinking it might be interesting if you pulled in there and there was some kind of animations or animation that would go along with having the track shift,twist,shuffle in some way like the roots/branches were trying to take over the track. I believe my thought is way too elaborate for a wood coaster in a small space. Just something to talk about. only a couple of more weeks and I have a feeling it will be an ending similar to Adventure Express.

fu**ing River Battle. on our trip last summer I rode four things before heat destroyed the family. Lightning Rod once, Mystery Mine once and River Battle twice. Place was stupid hot it was the only thing my 3 year old wanted to ride and would have done it a hundred times had i not distracted him with pizza. now as summer draws near "dada i want to go to ride bears house (i guess there is bears by the entrance or in the ride this is what he calls River Battle) at Dollywood" he will ask several times. I really want to take him back to the park but i don't want to ride that god damn thing again and I know that's the first thing he will want to do.

I wonder if there is some direct correlation with the price increase... maybe something like major investments into the parks and resort over several years......

Don't know also don't care. I would rather find out on my first ride though I don't think it will be much. I will be riding it early as a part of the first rider auction but wont spoil it for anyone.

think about how long the regular line may be if the Fast Lane line is 30-40 minutes. to be I would bet it is still worth the money. We used Fast Lane plus at Cedar Point on a Saturday and had no issues. I have heard people complain about the merge spot for Millie but from that spot the wait only seems like 15 minutes to me anyway so it never bothered me. My Fast Lane day was one of the best and most relaxing walks around the park I have ever had. I also thoroughly enjoy not having to schedule things on that system.

Lightning Rod It's wood and steel, It is a launched coaster but also has a nice drop to it. Crazy air time with lots of speed and excellent pacing throughout.

It makes me happy to see that more and more are finally getting to experience Lightning Rod. Every person I came across that was upset about it not being open on visits last year (understandable) I assured them it was worth the wait and it is nice to see some of those same people raving about the ride now.

I was honestly surprised when I opened this up and saw B&M winning.

Time for my story... It was fun 8 out of 10, would ride again.
