Fair, I'm not sure how I feel this and the Dark Knight warehouses in the middle of the park... Hopefully they fill in around it with nice landscaping and a flat near the observatory!

Heading to the park Wednesday, we're going to try going in the afternoon and staying u till close. Since we've been multiple times this year with our season passes, we thought we would try this since it's the middle of the week and most camps vacate around 4pm. Hopefully some night time rides on Nitro and El toro will make for an excellent evening!

Could that be fright fest construction? Didn't they lose a maze when they tore down chillers station?

I do find it quite interesting that they removed that building during the off season. It's not like six flags to remove something that they don't need to for immediate expansion. Then again, it's possible that they had it planned and labor was cheap since it was winter time and most construction companies are low on work during those months in the north east. Plus, the building sat dormant for years, who knows what the inside/structural integrity was) I have to side on the flat ride package for next year it just seems it will fit in best with the area and the theming they have for the package already fits. Pretty easy to go to the company and say "yea, we'll take another order of those and send them to NJ" than having to come up with new ideas. I would love to see an expansion towards the back of the KK tower, but I think the Batman Nitro side of the park is in a serious lack of improvements in the past decade and the last thing they need to do right now is spread the park more out. It's already such a rediculous walk from Zumi to Nitro. I feel like it's even longer than the main gate to Maverick at CP!

Studios by far! IoA is an amazing place; beautiful and awe inspiring, but when it comes to parks, the studios is significantly stronger!

Did they abandon it? I'm not sure that's the right wording... If I'm not mistaken, that was the last B&M Six flags built is it not? It's possible that they still have it planned for other parks, but hasn't decided to purchase it for other less expensive options. I'm sure we will see more B&M coasters going into parks in the chain in the future...

ooh burn!!!! It's so true. It's clear they don't run two trains to keep you in the park longer since you could easily finish the whole park and leave for food outside...

No... What's crazy is the NBC in NY has shown it 3 times in a one hour news show.

I have noticed over the past few years that around 4 PM is when a lot of the camps leave the park, so feel free to stay late and enjoy the quiet midday evening!

Cedar point is extremely lucrative on the day by day. That documentary posted a few pages backs aid that on a regular day the parking lot alone brings in over a million dollars... I really wouldn't put the Iron Mantis conversion for this winter off the table.

Beach entrance is the wind sweeker entrance. The hotel entrance is next to Magnums station, in line with the mini golf course.

Ok, but let's say that did happen... Couldn't they just combine the top of the coaster into one tall hill, instead of the double dip it does now? Possibly with an elevator cable lift like el toro, before they slowed it down at the top....
