  1. Although not around anymore, High Roller at the Startosphere Tower had a great view of Las Vegas. Link: http://www.rcdb.com/141.htm?p=5997
  2. The Beast IMO was not too great when I rode it (2007) it could be because it was before the retracking. Also I think some modern advancements could help the ride be better like Rocky Mountain Topper Track so they can remove or lessen the trims and new trains from GCI, Gravity Group, or Rocky Mountain.
  3. Hey guys, I'm going to Seoul in a week and I was wondering what the crowds are like in Everland and Lotte World during this time? Also at Lotte World, would we need their fast pass system in order to get everything done? And finally, is there anything in Seoul (other then parks) that you guys recommend going to see? Thanks alot! Edit: Forgot to ask, but will Atlantis Adventure have the water effects on in October?
  4. You know, I REALLY hope the reason the new train was delayed was for Premier to redesign those awful looking OTSR.
  5. I think Blue Fire at Europa Park looks really beautiful and I think Veil of Dark at Tokyo Joypolis twist is really revolutionary for a spinning coaster. Also who dosent think the barrel rolls and the drop on Outlaw Run isn't a work of art! Blue Fire: http://www.rcdb.com/4074.htm?p=27587 Veil of Dark: http://www.rcdb.com/6453.htm?p=40628 Outlaw Run: http://www.rcdb.com/10582.htm?p=40657 & http://www.rcdb.com/10582.htm?p=40721
  6. I have ridden 4 floorless coasters (Hydra, Dominator, Bizarro, and Batman-TDK) and I think Dominator is the best out of the ones I've ridden because it didn't have the rattle Bizarro has and it isn't a snooze fest like Hydra and Batman.
  7. ^ That is sad and a REALLY dumb decision by Parques Reunidosnas it could have helped the park bring in more money. It makes me wonder if this park will close in a few years given its gap between investments.
  8. To be honest I'm sort of biased toward gay marriage (I don't love it but I don't hate it) basically if it exists I could care less. I agree with all of you that theses people acted like complete morons and they shouldn't have been throwing eggs at you.
  9. Thanks for the update Chad! Looks like Outlaw Run is coming along nicely. I can't wait to see testing!
  10. How about a Intamin Giga similar to I305 with Skyrush mixed in!
  11. That wild mouse looks like it was designed by a 5 year old in RCT! It almost looks as bad as the first one you rode in Beijing (it would beat it if it was rusty and looked it would fall at any second).
  12. ^ Weekends are NUTS during Halloweekends! If you go, I would suggest getting a fast lane for Sunday too since that will also be a very busy day.
  13. ^ You know, I wonder how deep that footer is, it could be too deep for getting rid of it to be worth it.
  14. My bucket list in no order. Thirteen Nemesis (broken down when I went to Alton Towers) Ispeed Katun Dauling Dragons Fireball at Happy Valley Shanghia A Mega Lite I305 X2 Tatsu NTAG IRAT Outlaw Run V2 at SFDK Superman Ultimate Flight at SFDK Steel Dragon 2000 Takabisha Big Air Gravity Max Formula Rossa Furius Baco Dragon Kahn Shambhala Blue Fire Both Mantas Kraken T Express Balder Colossos Wodan Timbur Coaster Joris en de Draak Expedition GeForce
  15. Wow.... Amazing how fast they cleaned that up. I do wonder if Space Spirals foundation would be used as part of the entrance to Gate Keeper. If they do I would love to see something like Leviathans entry plaza.
  16. Thanks for that, I didn't know that Shockwave had that many different paint schemes, I only thought it was 2 or 3 different ones not 7!
  17. From Screamscape. Despite how popular backwards Eagle was, I'd be shocked if there is even the smallest sliver of truth to this. I hope not, Batman clones are way too intense to be ran backwards (I can see a lot of whiplash complaints).
  18. Glad to hear Shockwave is getting a much needed coat of paint but I'm VERY surprised to see Lavibora is getting one too, I thought that coaster was on its way out soon so I'm surprised to hear they are painting it (maybe to get it ready for the RRP?). EDIT: I always wanted to ask but didn't is what were the paint jobs Shockwave has had, I know it had a lot, but I'm wondering how many.
  19. ^ I know, that flyer looks like one of B&Ms better designs and looks to be up there with Tatsu in terms of intensity for flyers. Also that copyright issue does not surprise me one bit, after all it is China, which is also know as the land of no copyright!
  20. This was already posted on page 404. Link: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=51125&start=4030
  21. Doesn't really bother or excite me since I've seen so many coaster go around empty (we stay at the campground at CP so I'm used to see trains testing during Early Entry).
  22. The ride looks very cool and that High 5 element looks awesome! However, due to its height, curves, and trains, I see this coaster tearing itself apart in 2-3 years.
  23. Sad to see Space Spiral go as it was iconic but it did sure go in a coolest way possible.
  24. I saw those otters swimming in the pool learning how to swim last Saturday and they act as cute as they look! If anyone goes to Great Adventure before the regular season ends, I would go check out theses little guys as they are entertaining and very cute to watch.
