It looks like a scaled up steel force (which is a fun ride, but not quite the same as the others). -

^ I think even those will have to admit, this looks much better than steel dragon. Isn't it considered the least good giga? -

^I would really like it to be as tall as TTD (and KK would be great) as I remember saying after riding those: there will never be a coaster like this in Europe. What I'm afraid of is that the launch with all the wind doesn't feel as intense because I did notice the difference between TTD and KK due to how hard the wind blew in your face. So I fear that any "slower" than that and it won't quite be the same. -
A year ago. Hersheypark at night. When was the last time you were ill?

^Me too. They said it would reach nearly 200 km/h and be over 100 m tall. I thought that was a bit odd as TTD reaches 193 km/h and is 130 m tall which means that either the ride is well over 100 m tall, or in order to be "just" over 100 it would have to be slower than 190 km/h, which I wouldn't consider nearly 200. -
Poll : Wicked Cyclone or Twisted Colossus
rcjp replied to willthegolfer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^I think the fact that it has two lifts was almost an "excuse" for SF to not have a longer layout for each side. Because, as it is now, it doesn't seem short but I think they could have made it longer given that they have two lifts. (on the pov the train looks like it carries a lot of speed into the second lift). Both these rides look great so it's hard to tell. However, right now, I'm a bit more exited for cyclone as I think they made the most out of it. -

^I think this has been discussed before. The thing is, if they had, why would they be advertising that track on IAAPA for everyone? -
Hmmm... Didn't experience that. Interesting.

Do you know if it's the same for Parque Warner? It is. And before you ask, it is the same in Port Aventura So far all the European parks I've been to (which include Warner and Portaventura) have them. Just checking. And thanks. -

I had to use this topic as I couldn't find a Parque de Atracciones de Madrid thread. I'll be going there in a week and, for those who've been there, do the coasters have storage places for the items you may bring or is it all paid lockers? -

Yes I had noticed that. As soon as I watched the POV I knew there were some sounds from GK (in particular the helix which was used for thunderbird's helix). Fury 325 also uses sounds from Leviathan. (including coasterforce's POV)
