  1. Having not been there I think I've heard it doesn't get too busy.
  2. ^True. It might not be anything special but it's certainly a nice touch.
  3. So according to RCDB it will have a corkscrew. Sounds more like it.
  4. Interesting. I had never thought of that but I guess it makes sense to avoid making riders sick.
  5. I also thought that perhaps they meant cutback instead of overbank as it's basically one where the angle is 90 or close.
  6. I remember the first time I saw those lift drawings I didn't quite think they would make them like that but, so far, they really are!
  7. True. The views and the height combined with the freedom of the chairs make them great rides!
  8. ^Really looking forward to seeing how a GCI of that size turns out.
  9. ^Raptor is pretty impressive too, after 20 years.
  10. N = Nightcrawler
  11. True. The person below me likes deafeningly loud coasters.
  12. Yes. Are/were you a good student?
  13. Yeah I also noticed that. I would say it depends on how banked it is. If it is like outlaw run's then okay but I wouldn't count a regular overbank as one. I'm looking forward to seeing what it really is.
  14. I'm sure that what would be painful (and nasty for the trains/chain) would be to meet the chain slower than it's moving. Does entering the lift faster than the chain really cause that much wear?
  15. ^That's an interesting combination of colours. It should surely stand out.
  16. Last time I visited the US - August 2013 When was the last time you had headaches?
  17. ^I actually really enjoyed it. It wasn't rough at all (at least on my rides), pretty forceful and the seating arrangement added some extra fun. Ok not quite the same as a GIB but definitely a nice ride.
  18. ^Can't hybrids run with steel wheels? I remember during an IAAPA interview Alan Schilke talked almost as if they couldn't. Any ideas why?
  19. ^I'm starting to think I'm pretty lucky I managed to ride it twice during my visit in 2013 with no problems.
  20. ^I've never been to the park but from the pictures and videos I saw I liked the colours (before they faded).
  21. ^Looks great! I like how they kept that "traditional" woody look even in the inversion.
  22. ^Great! I really like this angle.
