  1. Thanks for the pictures NAMTABSFGAm ^Also nice pics there. I also like the look of the dive loop and the fact that you will enter it in a straight line rather than turning slightly as it is common. By the way, why does the guy in the video keep saying it will be the world's tallest wooden coaster?
  2. Possibly, but Krake is pretty short so being longer than it doesn't really guarantee anything. We'll see.
  3. Cedar Point
  4. ^I'm not sure about Raging Bull or Apollo's Chariot but I know Nitro once had them but were removed because they were considered UNNECESSARY
  5. ^I've only tried one arrow loop screw (Corkscrew at CP) and even though I'm not very tall, if I sat straight with my back right up I felt that the restraint wouldn't close much almost as if they had been designed for smaller people, so I kind of had to slouch for it to close properly (which was uncomfortable)
  6. ^You're right but I think the buckles they have on their OTSRs are slightly easier and faster to check.
  7. ^Maybe we will see once and for all a double loading station? Probably not
  8. ^The thing is that MF always had them and, as to OTSR, almost all of them do have those buckles (but, yeah, if we think about it, they may also be unnecessary). Now adding them to a ride that didn't without anything happening is a bit weird.
  9. Powerade
  10. Eternal Flame - The Bangles
  11. ^Airtimest?? The ride with he most airtime?
  12. But I still like the look of those better than the scaffolding like ones.
  13. Also glad that the shin bars are comfy, given that they were (form what I'd heard) the ride's biggest (and maybe only) flaw
  14. I think everyone agrees that they don't really change the experience but they still slow dispatch times (even though it may be just a bit) and, given that they are pretty much useless I don't see why they should do this at all. Plus, as ajfelice said, it will be just another thing that will require maintenance and repair while being totally unnecessary. That's what many find annoying
  15. ^I don't think they look bad by themselves but it's probably the fact that there are so many of them, I assume.
  16. Very interesting! I had no idea about the tyres. ^ Also interesting, never noticed that.
  17. Looks good, although I still haven't really understood what the pre-brakes are for.
  18. Except the fact the B&M has been building this type of ride seat belt free for 15 years and has not had a single incident with them. Agree. I mean, are they now going to add seatbelts to every single ride that doesn't have them? Because a B&M would be the very last place to do so, in my opinion (and in the opinion of their safety record)
  19. That pretty much described what it's like
  20. ^That's impossible! But because Stunt Fall has OTSR it doesn't need to be as rough as Coaster Express in order to become uncomfortable.
  21. ^Probably. They must have realized that it could be annoying.
  22. ^Yeah you're probably right If it really were 5Gs they would have announced it as such
  23. ^I've also noticed that, if you sit in the front of TTD, in the end of the launch track you hit a "cloud" of water while on KK you don't. The first time it got me in the eyes and it felt quite unpleasant.
  24. ^Guilty If (like me) you just don't do anything other than riding coasters (or some flats) at all
