  1. Kid at heart = Enjoying Legoland. In other words, go. Eric
  2. ^ Parks are actually on an aerial tramway removal trend. Here in California, only CGA, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo still have theirs. And, for the record, the old Eagles Flight at SFMM ran from the station in Samurai Summit (which is still there) along where Superman--The Escape now runs, and down to a station about where the S:TE tower is. The second line ran from the top of the mountain down to about where the queue for now-gone Freefall was. Eric
  3. Once when my older brother was about five (and I was about four), we were taking our afternoon nap, but of course, talking to each other instead of sleeping like we were supposed to. For whatever reason, he came up with a "new" cuss word---Doggie Dammit. Both of us started giggling, and it was enough to get my mom to come into our room and tell us to be quiet. My brother just looked at her and said, "Doggie Dammit!" My mom's look was all, "WTF?!?" Strangely, he didn't get in trouble for saying that! I think my mom was too much in shock... Eric
  4. Interesting...I don't remember that at all. It must have been there for a very short time. Eric
  5. No, all there is up in our sky is blue stuff. Do you like dark chocolate?
  6. ^ Nice to see ya back, Craiggers! Anyway...random...um...OK...I found all of my Compact Flash cards. Eric
  7. "Anyone remember what 'attraction' was located in the original location of Billy the Squid after it was removed but before they put in in the Jolly Roger?" (Revolucion) Y'know, if there's anyone around here who should know this, I haven't a clue. I didn't even remember that there was anything there except the old Billy the Squid monster ride, and the newer monster ride known as the Jolly Monster. Then Tilt-a-Whirl formerly known as "Baile de las Flores" was put in. Did any of this make sense? Eric
  8. ^ I'll take my holiday pay in small bills, please. Eric
  9. ^ Whatever you get us, I'll take a large. Eric
  10. If anyone cares, I just took my last shot of insulin for the day. That is, if anyone cares... Eric
  11. I fell down the first half of the back stairs when I was about two. That's when I found out why they call 'em "landings!" Eric
  12. "She was Soooo pissed on." (Rocket Rodder) Fixed.
  13. This is my favorite inversion on Scream! at SFMM. But I do like the ones on inverted coasters as well. It would be quite interesting on a standup... Eric
  14. Nope...maybe someday. Have you ever dealt with the IRS?
  15. ^ They were only running two trains, so there was no need to use both stations. At least that sounds reasonable. Eric
  16. "I have nothing but respect and concern for diabetics." (RIP Psyclone) As you should. Now, you'll be the one bowing to me when I walk by... However, if you can believe it, I have had people---knowing my situation---trying to get me to eat more, or the wrong kind of food. It's unbelieveable how ignorant some people can be. Eric
  17. When I was about three, I was in front of the next door neighbor's house. A car stopped and an old lady asked if I was lost. For whatever reason, I said, "Yes." She told me to get in her car so she could take me to the police station. I don't know how they found me, but my parents came up there and picked me up. However, in the meantime, I was given a Hershey bar by the police, and a reporter took my picture---and the story was in the paper the next day! Somewhere around here, I have the old newspaper clipping of me eating chocolate and having it melted all over my hands and face...LOL!!! Eric
  18. ^ Dislikes children. < Likes children. V Likes children---stir fried!
  19. ^ Thanks. I guess I'm more tired than I thought. Eric
  20. ^ Well explained. What program did you use to draw that? Eric
  21. I thought Mark Shapiro would have hung around on Wednesday when I talked to Jay about finding my camera, but he moved on. But, yeah, that was him. He had at least one security guard with him. But the park is indeed looking great. Best I've seen it in years. If they keep this up, people will start coming back. Eric
  22. ^ You have to wait till she's done laughing! Eric
  23. ^ Thinks I'll make a face about a kid solving a Rubik's cube. < Laid? Pfftt...old hat. V Lays on an old hat!
  24. ^ Funny thing, though. They just moved on and didn't even take a look at it! But now that I have my camera back, I took a couple of shots... Eric
  25. Sounds like Disney transit is the hottest thing going... Eric
