  1. I've moved these posts here- as they are no longer germain to the topic therein, and that Dotro is one -hair- from leaving. Perhaps he'll realize that being a douchebag should be retained in his own worlds.
  2. Bye. See ya. Have a nice time. The reason I edited your post was this: YOU NEVER HAVE HAD ONE GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT ANYONE'S POSTS EVER. So, in all reality, you came off on myself, and for that matter quite a few other people whom I've seen respond to you as this: Somebody who cannot be pleased. If that's the case, then goodbye. We don't need that. We need people who can, as an example, show they actually can give better comments than "I hate it" or "It looks wrong" or "It's not perfect." Goodbye- and have a nice day.
  3. I wonder what's in my box??? SCR86.BMP Something's hiding in here... I wonder what it is?
  4. I've been reading up on this thread for a while now, and I'm nearly 100% sure this park, like others in similar locations, will sink like a lead stone. Quickly. PMI (Palma de Mallorca intl) is one of the busiest in the central Med area... but using airport stats does not a valid survey make. PMI's traffic is generated by ONE major airline hubbed there- AirBerlin. AB uses it as a TRANSIT POINT. While there is a tourist trade there, most of the people going through PMI are changing planes... and onto Murcia, or Alicante, or Ibiza... The park's planned stats are based upon the traffic levels that PMI has quoted- and not on the actual tourism basis for the island. People could have once called St. Louis a great place for a large park if they looked at STL's statistics of 33.4 million people visiting there each year... with 74.5% of those people connecting... leaving 8m actual visitors. The Stats for PMI are just as rigged: Only 29.4% of PMI's traffic pattern actually stay there- with 70.6% continuing on to another destination. And if AirBerlin continues it's trend of moving into business markets and away from leisure markets, it means traffic (And thus tourism) could drop as well- making this park HRP: Europe real fast.
  5. PBbbbbbbtttttt... I'd been dropping hints all over the website for the past few weeks, to try and get some anticipation for it. Time will tell. BTW: I'm going AFK/TPR for about 10 days starting Wednesday AM; headed home to SF while I get some medical work done (No, it's not the fifth facelift people keep assuming...) but I'll be checking in on the thread- could y'all try to 'guide' our special folks into playing this? Thanks!
  6. While Crazy Park Manager is getting ready for IAAPA, I thought we'd need a distraction from his antics in this TPR Challenge. Welcome to Village Gardens! Backstory: Village Gardens is a small park that was formerly a garden and farm center. Village Garden Center bought a used scrambler, a small used coaster, and built a train around the small lake that sits in the middle of the park. The Wonderful World of Village Gardens! Part of the VG site was built up before it was turned into a park with a fountain show and small food court in a disused barn. Here, most of the park's guests go to eat and take a break from the pretty gardens and displays. The Challenge: Build up Village Gardens to make 10,000 a year PLUS pay back the loan on the park. Some restrictions are in place, so you may have to re-think some of your strategy along the way. You must complete your challenge by the end of YEAR 7: All parks submitted must have pictures taken no later than October, Year 7. Anything beyond that will be disqualified. This TPR Challenge starts today, 31 October 2011 and will conclude TWO WEEKS from today, 14 November 2011, at Midnight MST. Voting will begin shortly thereafter. YOU MUST UPLOAD THE PARK TO THE EXCHANGE WITH THIS TITLE: ______________ <---- your screen name WITHOUT ANY PUNCTUATION then Village Gardens. If you do this correctly, it will look like this: QueerRudie Village Gardens Also, submit your progress in pictures to the this thread! Let people know what you're trying! Anybody caught cheating or hacking (And I will know...) will be PERMANENTLY banned from TPR. So don't try it. As always, no hacks, cheats or trainers may be used. YOU MUST PLAY THE GAME AS IT IS! You may download the park from the Games Exchange HERE- in the Games Exchange. Oh- I forgot to mention one detail here... The people of Village Gardens won't do big rides, or anything too intense... they will not only get sick, but won't ride your attractions... Good luck- and I'll be posting pics of my own version of the park along the way, too! R.D.
  7. Quite perceptive of you... The Lord Our Saviour Anton Schwarzkopf (Amen) did serve as inspiration for the SpeedRacer III coaster. I had thought about raising up the platform- in all reality- it IS high enough to put the queue line underneath... But there's a 'hidden' challenge in it. Perhaps our members will be able to fix it for me...
  8. Smart ass. What a challenge it is here...
  9. Hmmm... What could this be? R.D. Here's something interesting...
